Doc Adams Heating & Air

People are quick to write bad reviews when necessary, but after my bluntly honest and scathing review of A-US Air, I had to take the time to write a glowing review of Doc Adams-an extremely professional company that fixed A-US Air's many, many screw-ups. Manuel managed to diagnose and repair MAJOR problems in my AC that the other company had caused. He worked until 10pm on his first visit to diagnose what A-US Air had done to screw up my system almost beyond repair. He had to come back after ordering a part (that the other company had needlessly removed) and having to obtain wiring schematics from the manufacturer (because the other company had cut wires willy nilly), but he stuck with it and never complained about the age of my house or the many hours he spent fixing the problem that the other company had directly caused. Finally, after an agonizing six weeks of dealing with the other company and their juvenile and cruel antics, I was treated the way I should have been treated from the start of this seemingly interminable repair job. I was treated with respect and integrity and the utmost professionalism by Doc Adams and Manuel, and was very glad that I finally was assigned a company that does business honorably and quickly. I will ALWAYS ask my warranty company for Doc Adams for any AC or heating issue that I may have in the future, and I consider myself fortunate for having found them.

He is really good. You'll understand what kind of a guy he is when I explain that he was last here on one of those days when it was really cold here and he couldn't get the right readings on my air conditioning and heating unit at 9 a.m. He said he could come back again later, and, by golly, he came back again at 3 p.m. and everything was fine. He is reliable and punctual. He is excellent.

This guy is great, always does quality work and is a stand-up guy. He never arrives late, he is either on time or early. I will use him in the future
