I tried to contract DLR Furniture Refinishing for 2 months by phone and email. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I left a few voicemails and never recived a call back. I send multiple emails and couldn't get a response. I would have liked to get a quote, but you can't do business with someone who won't respond to phone calls or emails.

Very fast turnaround and quality work.

The owner, Rick, was great to work with. He provided an estimate via e-mail based on dimensions and photographs of three tables - 1 coffee and 2 end tables. I heard back from him the same day I made the request. He came and picked them up from our home and completed the work and returned them within a two week time frame. One of the tables was a little rough in one area and so he took it back and redid that work and returned it within 3 days. When he dropped off the tables he also provided a bid for a desk, which I accepted and he took that day. It was also returned within a two week window. For the three tables he stripped them completely and restained them to match another piece of furniture in my home. I provided a shelf from that piece to match. He also repaired a corner of one of the end tables that had been damaged. He also painted the metal drawer pulls to match another color in my home. The desk was also completed stripped and stained to its original color. He was always professional and friendly. I would recommend him. His prices were extremely fair and his time frame was quick.
