This was 4th AC person I had out to diagnose problem (first 3 had widely varying opinions of what was wrong with thousands of dollars in costs). Turned out the Tech DilMak sent (Chris) was Carrier Certified and literally just had to push a reset button to get it fixed. That made sign up on the spot for a 2 year, 4 system maintenance contract with them because their technician actually knew something about my systems.

COREY WAS EXCEPTIONAL; ATTITUDE, PROMPTNESS, FAIR ON TIME/FEE, AND ACTUAL WORK WAS GREAT. HAD CALLED 2 TECHS PRIOR TO CREY, FIRST ONE LEFT TOOLS/PARTS UNDER THE HOUSE AND NEVER RETURNED, SECOND ONE WANTED A NEW CRAWL SPACE BUILT. COREY USED THE EXISTING CRAWL SPACE, TOOK A ROUTE THAT DID NOT CLIMB OVER THE VENT PIPES, WENT THROUGH HE FLOW OF THE GAS TO THE PILOT STEP BY STEP, RE-CONNECTED THE DAMAGED VENT...
