I went first to sherlock ac and his estmt was over 1500 just for basic fix of what u guys charged me.... Thks excelnt work.... Defenetly will call u guys if anything. By the way they used a alumnm instead of the copper one and. More expensive....

I am very happy with the Dilmak Services, their technician arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. Price was much better then other quotes from other companies I had called. They are definitely my GO-TO AC company from now on.

I had metal exhaust ductwork installed for two bathroom exhaust units in order to prevent moisture/mold issues in my attic. The technician informed me that I did not need a *termination vent* to be installed on the side of my home - he could use the existing side attic venting. This saved me money on parts and installation labor fees! He did an excellent installation job!

when we had issues with our a/c we contacted 6 other companies, cowboy's, jon wayne, abc, airtegrity, will fix-it, and an independent to see if they could help us BUT the only thing they wanted to help us with was our wallet, each charging $6,000 - $10,000 but when we called DILMAK they cameout and REPAIRED what was wrong and only charged a fraction of what the others wanted and my a/c has been running perfect ever since. I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH THEM AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM 100%.

Another company told me my compressor was bad. DilMak looked at it and found that it was the fan motor. Saved me big $$.

It's probably my fualt, but in the past, when I arranged for an AC Tune-Up, they sprayed down the exterior units. My AC had been cooling poorly, so I wanted to get both units serviced. The Tech let me know I was low on coolent . I contacted my warranty company, who sent out a tech to check my system. The tech started outside and looked at nothing else once he saw the units were not clean. He never even entered the house (the second guy, not DilMak). He then asked for $150 to clean the unit (not covered by warranty). Not falling for the 1 star rated company's attempt to get paid more on the side. I contacted DilMac about the cleaning, and was informed that wasn't part of the tune-up. I should have known the rate was too good to be a full "tune up". I was more of a diagnostic. Now I have to set up a contract for seasonal maintainance so this doesn't happen again.

Your company was the first one using a HUMAN to answer the telephone. That sold me right away. The lady who took the call was outstanding, cheerful, knowledgeable and professional in addition to a great sense of humor. Dwayne was all a great tech - knew what I needed and worked to meet my expectations. Keep both of them around to collect Social Security . Cost was somewhat high but I had the demand and ya'all the supply

They cleaned our dryer vent and removed a blockage that was causing a dryer part to fail twice after replacing. Very quick and tech Corey Y. was very professional and knowledgeable and told us not to use dryer sheets to prevent the chemical buildu and lint sticking to our pvc pipes. Called back same day after having an appointment for an estimate to see if they would be able to clean the same day instead of making a new appointment. The girl said yes and then gave a $200 quick quote before hanging up and apparently canceling the estimate and the tech told me once they quote you he can't change it. So I was hoping the price was going to be cheaper and told how much prior to asking for credit card since it didn't take long and wasn't complicated...no it was $200 for a service others charge $89.99 but couldn't get out here until next week and we had laundry piling up. So a price I paid to get it done but didn't like the price. Don't accept a price over the phone! Otherwise it was a good experience and would highly recommend them for other services. The customer service rating isn't for the tech but the girl who answered the phone. Tech Customer Service is 5 Stars.
