Mini AC split repair and recharge work done professionally

Had an AC checkup and cleaning done. They were detailed and showed me before and after pictures.

Extremely pleased, he took his time to explain each phase of trouble shooting the problem. Very Professional and courteous.

Called because raccoons had partied in my a/c ducts. They came out the same day, did a temp repair immediately and arranged to replace the ducts the next day. Great which was explained to me every step of the way. Everything fixed in 24 hours. Well, except the raccoonsâ ¦

Appointment was made for technician to come perform maintenance to A/C. Technician stated my unit was no longer functional and needed a new unit. Quote was issued by Office manager for over 13K. I consulted with another company and technician checked my unit. He found that unit was still functional but did have a small leak in coil. He replaced freon and my unit is still working fine after four weeks. Office manager, Sandie K., refuses to provide info on how to speak to owner and return balance of my maintenance fee. My next step is complaint to BBB.

I highly recommend DilMak Services ! They replaced the entire duct work of a house built in 1957. Another company said it could not be done without cutting through the ceiling since there was only 12â Attic crawl space. They quoted me the price to tear into the ceiling where the ducts would be installed, the price to install along with the price to repair the ceiling. DilMak came to the rescue and made one hole in the ceiling and magically changed all ducts. They were finished in one day and the price was significantly less since they didnâ t have to tear through the ceiling ! They were very respectful and courteous as well! Did I mention I highly recommend them? :) Donâ t waste anymore time looking! Hire DilMak!
