Beware! I was charged $180 for a capacitor that cost them no more than $18. That is a thousand percent markup. I owned an electrical service company for 25 years and it is my opinion this company is very unethical. Most people don't know what parts cost so that is where they hide the price gauging. I tried to work it out with the service manager but all he would offer was a 10% discount on a 6 month service agreement to which I replied that I was not about to do any more business with them as a matter of principle. There are good companies out there. Keep looking. This is NOT one of them.

Carlos came out the same day I called. He was respectful and very professional. I have had Techs from other companies other years tell me that I needed things done that I had just done. Carlos was very thorough and announced the good news that everything was fine! I feel that I can trust him and would use him and DilMak again.

Did a great job at a reasonable prick.

This was a pool heating heat pump, for which many companies have refused service. DilMak immediately realized it is really just an outside condenser unit to pump heat (hot Freon) through a coil wrapped around another coil through which my pool water circulates. The tech they sent out is a real cracker jack expert and got me up and running!
