Mr. R was prompt, knowledgable and very fairly priced. He fixed it quickly, checked the parts to make sure I wouldn't have additional problems and cleaned up the area and the machine before he left. I had called others who wanted to charge me close to $100 just to look at it. Diamond's was only $20 service call, when then gets applied if you hire him to fix it. Good, professional way to do business. For sure I will use him again and recommend him to others.

I will never contact this company again. We had a 10:30 am appointment on 2/21/2017. At 10:36 am, I sent a text message as a reminder with our address. He responded immediately with a text message that he was a little behind but was heading over. Shortly after 11:30 am, I sent another text to cancel since I haven't heard from him. Again, he responded immediately that he was a little behind. What I don't understand, he has the time to respond to text messages but can't make a courtesy phone call that he's running behind. He can't be that busy if he can respond to text messages immediately. I would not recommend this company.

I called and he wasn't able to answer so I hung up. He called me right back and said he was in the area. He arrived less than 5 minutes later. He fixed the problem in just 20 minutes. He must be in high demand because his phone kept ringing non-stop. Great job!

I have used Diamond Washer and Dryer repair for years and have always been very happy with their service. I was given a Sears washing machine recently and suddenly it stopped spinning and wouldn't drain. I called Diamond and they sent a repair person out the same day, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote on the spot. I felt it was well worth fixing the washer so I gave them the go ahead. He did the repair in about 10 minutes. I have used them at various times through the years and have always had good experiences with them. They are very prompt, courteous and professional. They will also tell you if they feel the appliance is not worth the cost to repair it. I would and do highly recommend them.
