There are facets to the estimating/bidding process that we go through when we are contacted by Clients’. Those factors include: the size & scope of the work that the Client is needing to have completed, the timing-how soon does the Client need the work completed, and also where is the location of the job. We strive to contact customers’ within a timely fashion for the initial phone consultation. From that consultation we evaluate the facets to see if there is a fit. If we find that the time frame in which the work is needed to be completed by the customer is not possible, we let them know directly so that they can contact other vendors so that they can find one that can service them right away. Diamante Coatings works hard to provide the best customer service possible, for potential and existing customers’.

Description of Work: We used Diamante Coatings to paint our stucco house. Our home is six years old and we had some cracks develop as well as efflorescence coming through the original paint. Following a period of heavy rain, it was apparent that we had leaks in the stucco on the rear of our home and around our chimney. I was prepared to have to do much more work, but Ernest Juarez who owns the company is clearly knowledgeable of the application, care, and maintenance of stucco. His skilled crew did a meticulous job and made repairs where needed and painted our whole house. Our house looks better now than when it was brand new. They used elastomeric paint that stucco requires. Price was fair and comparable. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Called provider out to inspect the stucco structure of our home for possible repair and/or replacement of part of the exterior. He inspected the area in question and advised against any repair as the existing finish was sound and not in need of repair. Very honest and straight forward and I would definitely use them again in the future.
