Description of Work: Home inspection was very thorough. However, upon reinspection, some items were not detailed in the report. When questioned about those details the technician was extremely condescending and rude. "I've never had anyone question me before. Do you just not trust anyone?" Purely an unprofessional response to a valid question. My advice would be to spend some time on making sure every detail was covered in writing, especially since this is a service industry where recommendations are critical to business success.

+ -1 moreWhile completing the inspection very efficiently, he took time to photograph everything he was checking, to explain every step he was taking, what he was looking for and why, and, at the end of the inspection gave me a comprehensive summary of what he found. His follow-up final report had all of the pictures taken, each element of the inspection, and all issues. Doug was friendly, experienced, and lived up to the recommendation provided by several folks we were working with in San Antonio. Thank you, Doug, for all the help!
