DEVINNIE'S PARADISE

It was very important to me to not feel stressed about the decor on my wedding day. Unfortunately, the stress kicked in before our ceremony when nobody knew where the bouquets and boutonnieres where. Somebody from De Vinnie?s left them at the back of the church and didn?t bother to call and tell us. The Groom & Groomsmen almost went boutonniere-less for the ceremony. My bridal bouquet was soaking wet from stems to blooms. Water would not stop pouring out from blooms. I walked down the aisle with water down the front of my dress. I will say that my bouquet was beautiful though. My husband?s boutonniere fell apart before the end of the ceremony, just in time for formal pictures. One of our centerpieces looked like we did them ourselves - was bare and lacked creativity. Our wedding cake was supposed to be decorated in only blue hydrangeas, instead white spray roses were used. I was very disappointed by that since the cake was the focal point and didn?t look like I had envisioned and talked to De Vinnie?s about. I felt as if they did not follow the proposal that we had agreed upon before the wedding. I even e-mail Irma and attached pictures of each issue; I have yet to receive a response. I?m guessing they took on too much work and as a result my wedding did not receive the attention and detail I was promised and trusted De Vinnie?s to give to my special day.
