Description of Work: We hired Michael to consult on how to increase our retail sales at our store. We provide truck rentals and self storage and have a small retail shop with moving supplies. I met Michael through friends and found out that he has years of experience in retail marketing so I hired him to come to our store. In less than an hour, he gave me a list of concrete things to do that were very inexpensive: painting, moving display racks, repositioning items on the display rack, etc. We did everything he told us to do. I was shocked at how successful it was. We made the changes at the beginning of December and our retail sales for December tripled over the previous month and the previous December. Since then, retail sales have continued to grow. Hire this guy; he's awesome and worth every penny. We made back what we spent on his fee in that first month.
