Design HVAC

Since I have to put a star and not leave blank, I give this company a 1 Start. We contacted American Home Shield (AHS) and they sent us Design HAVC to come service out AC unit when it was out. The tech said he had to bypass our unit and order a part to get it to work properly. The tech said it should take about four weeks to get in. We never heard back from them, our AC unit just burnt out and I called Design HVAC and they said they didn't order any part and that AHS will not cover past two months. Even though Design HVAC do their job and order the part as they said they would. They just got the money from AHS and closed out the requested service without fixing the issue. BEAWARE OF THIS COMPANY SCAMERS!

Amazing team! Great service, great product, and great value! When your AC goes down in the late July heat in Texas, you need an immediate replacement. I got quotes from 5 different businesses and Design HVAC was the only one who didn’t try up-selling me. Every other business was also telling me it would be days before they could replace my unit - not this team. They provided me several options that were available immediately and explained to me the differences/similarities - the owner was very knowledgeable. They maintained communication throughout the process and were very professional. They focus on relationships, service, and quality - something that isn’t easy to deliver in a competitive market. I will be recommending them to everyone and will absolutely use their services again.

I’ve been putting off replacing my 20 year old downstairs AC because of the expense so rather than accept the quote I got from the HVAC company I have used for years I decided to do some research and found DESIGN HVAC on Yelp. Price was incredible and the replacement was quick. I as very impressed with Jose’s intelligence, honesty and knowledge and knew when we first spoke I was in good hands. Neudes went above and beyond to fix my ac immediately after I contacted him! I called on a Saturday at 11, and by 3:00 I had a cool house again! I’ve never had such fast and friendly service, and I’ve never heard of anyone being taken care of so promptly when ac is involved. There is no way to be comfortable in TX, in July, with no AC, and Neudes made sure that my family would be comfortable as fast as possible. I highly recommend Design HVAC for any and all HVAC needs!

As soon as they found out I had no air conditioning they came to my house after hours to get my system working temporarily. Then they came out the next Saturday (I work and couldn’t be home during the week). That was extremely helpful for me. Everyone working on the installation was professional, courteous and cleaned up. I couldn’t tell they had been here. I definitely would use them again and would refer anyone to them.

From a free quote to the end of the job Design HVAC was top notch! Professional, courteous and hard working! They arrived early and finished sooner than expected.
