This jeweler is awesome. I purchased a new diamond for my wife's wedding ring to celebrate our 25th anniversary only to find out from the jeweler that the ring would not hold the new stone and look right. The plan to have the stone set in a couple days before an anniversary trip was not looking promising with only a couple weeks before the trip. The jeweler offered to remake the ring identically to original by melting down the gold and adding as needed to create a setting that would hold the new diamond. They worked overtime for over a week to get the ring ready, and I picked it up the evening before our trip. The ring was beautiful and looked identical to the original. I highly recommend Dennis Jewelry. Although this experience was only my second time to use them with years between visits, both experiences were great.

Purchased a loose diamond and had a ring repaired. They gave an excellent estimate for repair and appraisal after the repair for the insurance purposes. Quality and workmanship are excellent. Personel is friendly and helpful. Work was done quickly- ahead of scheduled pick up date. Only negative was I had to wait a week longer to get the GIA certificate on the diamond. Overall I am very pleased with the ring!

All items I have taken to them they have been repaired successfully. They are fabulous! You get a very high quality service with them. I can take my very precious things to them and I never hesitant to do that because I trust them. They are very reliable. They have been in business for a long time and they have a good reputation in San Antonio.

They seem to be very competent. This is the first time we've dealt with a jewelry appraisal in many years and they did a good job.

This is a super fabulous business with high praise. I have taken many items to them over the last 30 years and have always been pleased with the finished product. This time they outdid themselves though. We had a necklace and earring set designed from two different heirloom pieces and it was magnificent workmanship.
