Louis was knowledgeable about what we were trying to do and answered all of our questions. The work was scheduled and they showed up as scheduled. The workers were very efficient in getting the job done. We had a rain delay,and as soon as weather allowed they finished the job. We are very pleased with the entire process.

I scheduled a time for an estimate. He called back a day later and we rescheduled for another day. He called back 1 hour prior tot he scheduled time but I was in a meeting. He did not leave a message. He never showed for the appointment. I can excuse 1 or 2 reschedules because it is a small job but when my wife takes off from work to be there and you no-show without a message, that's a foul.

Didn't hire DelRay Construction.

My husband and I could not have been happier with the quality of the work performed. Luis showed up when he said he would and gave us an estimate that we agreed with. He told us when they would start work, and, surprise... They really started work on that day and on time! We had been ripped off by two other contractors on this project before finding Delray Construction. What a blessing it was to work with someone who actually knows what they are doing. Great communication and no unwelcome surprises. We would most definitely recommend Delray Construction to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable cost.

Called Louis on Monday 10/13 and he came out on Tuesday, gave me a quote, and I agreed to have him do the work. His crew showed up on Wednesday to remove the slab as agreed. On Thursday his concrete crew showed up early in the morning to form it up, prepare the surface, and install the rebar. At about noon the concrete truck arrived and the rest of the afternoon was spent pouring the concrete and finishing it. I had called several contractors several of whom called back but didn't want to do the work. Only one other contractor came out to give me a quote that was much higher.
