 + -1 moreI belong to a homeowner's association that hires this company to manage our condos. Dell is not in compliance with her contract. She is rude to homeowners who question anything about what she is doing professionally for our condominium. She has directed maintenance workers to climb over our privacy fences to do work on our patios without informing the homeowners. She has misrepresented facts in professional situations. I could go on but there isn't enough space. Do not ever hire this company.
