+ -1 moreThe work went great and completed ahead of schedule. He said he would arrive at a certain time and arrived early. He stated the job would take approximately three days and them he would come back the following Monday and remove the framing. Well he finished the job in two days and came back on Monday as he said he would. This is the second time I used his company. The first time I had him pour a 20 by 21 foot cement slab for a patio and also stamp, stain and seal it. He did an outstanding job and this is why we called him back. He will be the only individual I call when I need cement work completed. When the work is complete he cleans up after himself and leaves the place looking great. I have had work completed by others in the past and it is a chore to get them to clean up after themselves but you do not have to worry about that with David as he is very meticulous about his work. I gave him an "A" rating in all areas not to be nice but because he earned it. He is a man of his word and a professional and I will recommend him to anyone needing work completed.
Description of Work: David leveled and poured a 30 by 30 foot cement slab to be used to build a two car garage and work area.

Description of Work: Provided contractors for construction of new home. | |David Barr was on site only to brig new contractors to job. Once they were complete he would send next sub-contractor. He almost never came out to see quality of previous contractor except when he was showing next contractor what to do. If I had not been on site constantly to see problems as they arose or discuss options for decisions needing to be made, the contractor would have just continued the way he wanted to do it and move on to get out. | |D Barr overbought my lumber, which I paid for and when it got returned for credit, the credit went to his account, not to me even though i paid the lumber bill directly to lumber company. he applied to my final trim package and when I discussed with him, he said it was all used up except for 9.00. |I saw some of the credits and invoices and I should of had 800.00-1000.00 remaining but it went to his lumber account and the lumber company could not share his account information. | |I wanted to be involved in the building of my new home; I just didn't know how Involved I would become until after I signed the contract. | |
