Great. Computer speed was faster and it was a simple fix to get my pictures back so I could bring them up.

Great. Dan explains what needs to be done, gives you options and I am always impressed with his knowledge of the computer working systems! Very reliable and professional. Yes, I would hire him again.

Dan Vogler is an exceptional "find". Exceptional. Got his contact info from Angie's List, called him for help. Within an hour he was in our house and at work. Complex issue (beyond my brain cell capability) and resulted in a re-install of Windows 10. Extremely efficient in use of time. While we waited for the upload of the program, he installed my new printer which had been "waiting" in a box for awhile. Also did some other upgrades. He is absolutely tops in my book in all areas. If you are as I am and simply want someone to "make it happen", Dan Vogler is your person. Highest recommendation possible. Will use again.

One of our windows computers denied all access after a software update was processed. Mr. Vogler immediately diagnosed the problem and provided instructions on how to remedy the issue. Worked like a champ! As a result, many business and family records were preserved. Greatly appreciated the outstanding work!! Would definitely recommend you give him a try if you have problems.

I like Dan a lot. I've used him several times. I will use him again. After he did some work on my computer, I couldn't get into my favorite games. I blamed him. I called him and he tried to walk me through some things and said it was a windows issue and not something he did. I haven't been able to use the computer the same way but I don't know what happened. He did charge a bit more because he stayed a little longer. He took care of everything I wanted him to and he set my computer up with a nifty automatic back up which I like a lot.

He is the best there is for someone who comes to your house. Not only is he a computer expert on all systems, but he is a gentle teacher. I have learned from him.

Dan asked a couple of questions and then said I needed to buy a new computer as it was either the motherboard or an electrical problem and both were costly repairs. He said, "since the computer is over 5 years old, it is better and just as cheap to buy a new one that has all the latest development and changes." This is the first repairman I have ever used that declined to be paid for advice and that didn't claim to be able to fix the problem. He was more concerned about customer satisfaction than making a buck from a novice. I will most assuredly call Dan the next time I have a problem with a computer.

First, Dan made an appointment that was convenient for both of us. He was prompt and on time as agreed upon. The problem was that the iTunes program was not responding. Cause was the The newest update would not download because there had been a lapse in updating, on my part. Program required more than a uninstall reinstall fix. Dan, always knows how to fix what ever me or my wife "messes up." While Dan was here we asked him to take a look at anything else that might need 'fixing.' His patience is really appreciated inasmuch as our extending his visit in order to do general cleanup resulted in his being on site for some time more than he probably anticipated, due to these late requests. Greatest computer guy we have ever used for any issue that arises. He will provide guidance for a simple fix or come when needed.

Dan is without a doubt the best computer tech I have every dealt with.

I searched Angie's List, found Dan the Computer Man. I called him at 8:45am and he was at my house before 1:00pm that afternoon. Three hours later, all of my programs were re-installed and my PC was as good as new, maybe better.

He was very professional and explained everything all the work.

It went great. It could not have been a better experience. Previous reviews were correct...that Dan is really good at what he does. On time, fast at what he does, good communication, and patient...answers your questions in a clear, non technical way. I had been using another person for computer work for about four years and he was not available when I needed him this time. Which is why I called Dan, after reading several reviews on Angie's List. From now on, Dan will be the one I call.

Excellent! Dan is a great guy and easy to work with. First of all, he came to my house exactly on time. Also, he diagnosed the problem easily--I was afraid my computer had been infected with viruses, but it was running slowly because it's a few years old and the processor doesn't have enough power. He also showed me how to check the computer efficiency and see which programs were eating up the power. When I had questions later, he did remote service several times and explained what my options were. I've had to get my computer repaired before and always had to take it in and wait several days, getting little explanation. I recommend him highly. He also has a website which uses very little power itself and is full of information.

Dan was fantastic! He knew exactly what to do, got me back to Windows 10, explained everything, set up a backup schedule for me, and gave me numerous tips. He didn't leave until he was sure everything I needed was setup and working. I would 100% recommend him.

Dan was on time and went right to work. I wanted him to get my wireless printer hooked up to three machines. he cleaned up my oldish laptop and got it connected to the printer. Then made sure my Surface and iPad were also connected. I can normally get these things done, but there was a glitch I would have never discovered! and he did all of this in the allotted time! i would hire him again in a minute!

If you are in the market for an incredibly talented IT guy, Dan Vogler is your computer man. He is patient and skilled. He explains everything in simple terms. My desktop and printer were fried because of an electrical surge, not from the electrical outlet, but from the internet cable. Lesson learned. Dan could not revive my desktop. but I have ordered new equipment and he will be the main person to set it up and bring my files down from Carbonite. Fingers crossed I did that right.

I called Dan on Sat. and we set up an appointment for Monday. We scheduled an 8:30 time slot and he answered the phone and said, "Hello Mrs. York" at 8:30 He assisted me over the phone and explained things in a very specific manner to me. The computer is not having the former problems.

Very good. He was very helpful. Looking forward to him coming back.

He did it all--I am canceling my online support. I will call Dan in the future. I really did not like the online-remote repair offered by a large company. You could not ask questions or learn how to do it better. Dan was patient, answered questions, asked my how I wanted to have the outcome and set up the project accordingly. I was very pleased!!

Dan answered my phone call very promptly. Answered the questions I had and gave me an estimate over the phone. Scheduled an appt the very next day. Arrived on time and went straight to work.

I selected Dan from Angie's list due to all the nice reviews. Our computer had been slowing for several months, but recently it became very slow. I contacted Dan and we agreed on a time and date for a visit to our house. He first ask the age of our computer to verify it was worthy of repair and not replacement. He arrived on time and spent one hour at our home. He reviewed the work he was doing and discussed several issues from our backup drive to our antivirus program. He is very knowledgeable but discusses his work at the customer's level of computer knowledge. Things run great now. What a tuneup! I don't have the computer vocabulary to repeat all he did. If you need some help, I recommend Dan. Nice guy too. He has a pretty cool and helpful website.

Unfortunately he was not able to determine why I was getting the blue screen. He did however, help me with some other computer issues I was having.

The repair went very well. Dan was very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The laptop is working very well since the repair.
