 + -1 moreDan Mendez Construction Company just completed replacing the roof to my home. I am more than pleased with the professionalism of Mr. Mendez demonstrated when we discussed my home's roofing needs. The "roof work crew" were very courteous and professional and as they removed my old roof and replaced it with the new roof and did an excellent job of cleaning up my property of any roofing debris. I highly recommend Dan Mendez Construction Company for any home improvement/roof replacement needs you may have. Love my new roof!
Description of Work: Tore down existing composition shingle roof - installed new roofing felt 15 lb. underlayment. Installed new roof shingles, Owens Corning 25 gr 3 tab. Installed new metal valley and installed new pipe flashing, removed turbine vents-- closed holes with new decking, remove decorative small house on top of roof and closed hole with new decking, installed new ridge vent. Cleaned around job site and hauled away all waste and debris.
