+ 0 moreI had a D.R.Horton built from ground up adding many additional upgrades. Upgrades includes a full porch on back of home that is part of the house roofline. I just noticed that one of the corner support beams on the porch has moved about 6 inches partially off the cement pad. Looking at where it was it is obvious it was not secured correctly into the cement pad. It was not secured at all to anything. D.R. Horton sent an email that they respectfully decline responsibility. It is heart breaking that what you thought was one of the best builders won't stand behind there work and do the right thing.

+ 0 moreHe didn't do a very good job. The window that was installed is all scratched up on the inside, like when they were installing it they rubbed it against the brick outside the house. I have been dealing with this for three years. The work was done under warranty. They ordered the wrong window the first time. I am very frustrated with them and the quality of contractors that they hire and the amount of time it is taking to get matters taken care of.
Description of Work: Windows. Painting - Interior. They sent a contractor out to paint where they replaced the window.
