+ -1 moreIt went very well. I would definitely recommend them to other people. I was in and out with my computer all fixed in about an hour. The gentleman who owns the shop is very knowledgeable and very helpful.
Description of Work: I took my computer into the office and they repaired it within the hour.

Description of Work: In setting up our home wireless network we were having problems getting the router to configure properly. C.W. returned our call promptly, arrived when he said he would be here, and quickly resolved the problem. He ensured that our network was properly set up and suggested several ways to be sure that it was adequately protected. C. W. is very knowledgeable, and courteous. We will definitely call him again, if computer problems arise.

+ -1 moreVery knowledgeable & professional, with a wonderful human touch. No mystifying terms, just pleasant & easygoing while making a few fixes inside the computer case. Did not try to sell us any additional items, but did take the time to make suggestions how to minimize viruses & pop-ups.
Description of Work: We took a home PC computer to them. It had been built for us by a relative, and after being shipped via UPS it no longer worked. CW Soft-Tech quickly got it working, doing it while we waited.
