flooring contractor
+ -1 moreAs can be seen from my report it did not go well. Jerry's notes were on a small pad and when I returned after he did not call, it seemed apparant after looking for his notes, that he had forgotten to follow up ofor the quote. Very unorgainized. The location is right where we livve and we thought it would be a convenient location and service would be good. They lost our business.
Description of Work: Was ready to purchase tile to be installed on sheetrock from floor to countertops. We selected several samples. Jerry Williams came out and measured the area after he asked to reschedule 2 times. Too busy each time. He measured the area and was to call back the next day. A week went by and no call. We live close by so I stopped in to see why no call. He responded that he got busy during the week with "other customers" and I thought, I am a customer. He then promised to get back on a Monday. I did not hear from him until Tuesday, and he again was busy with other customers. left a message for me that he had the quotation, and if I wanted it, to get back to him or if I wasn't interested anymore, then that was OK too. Some sales pitch. We went elsewhere.
