C&S was responsive from the first contact throughout the renovation. Each time I contacted them with questions or design opinions, I heard back from them in minutes. Their quote honored the parameters I requested (budget, timeline, specific materials). The owners helped me flesh out the details of my vision and the team working on my project was very professional. They were on time, neat, and provided exemplary craftsmanship! The shower door installers were so impressed, they asked who did the work. My new bathroom is now the best room in the house! As you can tell, I am quite pleased with the results. We hired C&S to repair a horrible rebuild that was done by another contractor, and they restored my faith. They were willing to amend the proposal and contract to address our concerns. The two men that did the work were PHENOMENAL, FANTASTIC, and PROFESSIONAL with a great eye for detail. We could not be more happy with the service.

Scott and Carol were fantastic to work with. They kept to the budget and timeline. If there were any deviations, they were transparent and provided regular updates on the status of the project. Scott, Carol and their team were responsive and professional throughout the project. The project took longer than expected due to unforeseen issues, however, they kept us informed along the way. Scott Kressner, his wife Carol, and their crew do amazing work on time, on budget, and in an honest and open manner. We hired C&S to remodel a bathroom that desperately needed some work. From initial estimate through completion, Scott and Carol have exemplified customer service. They returned calls/texts practically immediately, provided written copies of estimates, contracts, and change orders, and never once made us feel anything other than important. Their crew was very respectful of our home during the remodel. They even created a plastic walk way in our house to ensure the carpet wasn't avoidably dirtied or damaged. They showed up on time everyday and didn't mind my periodic peeking in to see the progress. The workmanship was top notch. We have fairly simple tastes, but even with our tame material choices, they made a bathroom that looks like luxury. We asked for a vanity that had an issue fitting in the space - they made it happen. They found hidden rot behind the old shower and were literally able to re frame a wall without skipping a beat. Seeing their crew work was really impressive. I'd hire C&S again in a heartbeat for future projects. People who say "you can't have it all" haven't met Scott and Carol. As far as I'm concerned, they aced every part of our remodel. We were lucky to work with them.

We decided to do some major remodeling in our home and Scott and Carol were the best option we received. Scott and Carol were very proactive in starting the work and were extremely responsive to our questions. We really appreciated Carol's knowledge of fixtures and furnishings available and she helped us put together a classy blend of tile and colors. I can't overstate how their core team performed. The team provided excellent quality and completed the work very expeditiously. We have planned a follow-on project and can't wait for them to start it. You can't go wrong with C&S Enterprises.

We purchased an older home that needed lots of work. Scott and Carol gave us a bid for a kitchen remodel which included Scott's detailed accounting and Carol's many great ideas. We chose C&S Enterprises from the many companies we interviewed because they matched our budget as well as our vision for the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen came long wonderfully. The workmen were experienced and very talented. Everything looked amazing and was done on time and on budget. Knowing the house was old, we weren't surprised to learn there was electrical, plumbing fixed, and carpenter work needed. C&S had all areas covered and provided an excellent detailed accounting for each work order via email throughout the engagement. As a couple we aren't very handy and the little nit nods things that needed doing around the old house were done free of charge. One thing that wasn't going to be free was removing 19 old windows that were all leaking in cold December air and replacing them with quality built custom windows. We talked to some window companies, but had difficulty in figuring out how we were going to get new windows within our price range. C&S was again able to meet our budget without lowering the quality of the product. They must have incurred more labor costs than expected but never came to us for additional funds. Removing the old windows was no small feat. They were big metal frames embedded in stone and mortar since 1942. We were very happy with the finished carpenter work around the windows after the job was completed. That word "happy". You will hear it a lot because C&S truly wants to make their clients happy. "We want you to be happy". "If that's what's gonna make you happy". " Whatever makes you happy". Easy phrases to say, but C&S means it and backs up everything they say they are going to do with solid effort. We will hire C&S again for future projects like a master bath remodel. Their prices is very reasonable and they do quality work. They communicate clearly and are responsive as well as genuine.

My husband and I had been in our home for 10 years and needed some updating. We interviewed several companies and decided on C&S (Carol and Scott). They were very informative and professional. They listened to our wants and needs and took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes. They were very personal and friendly. They never minded the questions we had and always made us feel part of the process. Carol took personal time to help us pick out the perfect materials and Scott stayed on the crew to make sure they stayed on the time schedule. The ending project has turned out more beautiful than we could ever imagined. Our home looks AMAZING, and we are so proud of the outcome. Carol and Scott and their entire work crew were always friendly and gave us a feeling of family. We bought an old house that needed a lot of work and we wanted someone who could do it all. Scott & Carol were perfect. They brought great ideas and wonderful craftsmanship to our home. The results are fantastic, but equally as fantastic were our interactions with Scott & Carol. We knew from the beginning that they were fully committed to giving us the best value for our investment. In a house of our age and the extent of the work, there were invariably some mid-project changes. Scott and Carol were exceptional in finding us the best alternatives and making things work. Throughout the process, they were very transparent in the progress and where the money was going. Scott and Carol make a great team. We had our kitchen completely redone, converting a closet to our laundry, build one bathroom and remodel the second, add air conditioning plus some dry wall and a lot of painting. They stayed on time and delivered what they promised.

We called several other companies before finding Scott and Carol and they were the only ones who understood what we wanted to be done and were willing to work with our budget AND they did an amazing job. They have a quick start and finish time. They basically did a kitchen facelift (counter tops and backsplash) along with our three bathrooms (removing all the fiberglass for tub and tile surround), all in one week. They were on site everyday and kept us informed of the progress. I would definitely recommend them.

we met Carol and Scott through Home Advisor, I was very impressed that Scott contacted me within an hour of my form submission. Carol met with us within the next few days and we were impressed with her suggestions and expertise, We were able to schedule a start date that worked for our schedule and the work began within a couple of weeks of our meeting. The workers were punctual, courteous, and cleaned the area at the end of the work day. Carol went above and beyond traveling over 100 miles twice to secure materials. She and Scott were at the house at least 2-3 times per day and were in constant phone contact as well. They also brain stormed prior to starting the project to develop an alternative solution to a problem that would have extended the length of the project and the solution is beautiful. We had received multiple bids prior to starting and C&S was very competitive.We are so pleased with our new bathroom and will definitely be using them for future projects and will be providing recommendations. The value received versus the cost was far superior to what we were offered by some of the more well known remodelers. Their willingness to work with us to achieve our vision was also superior to what we were offered by the other companies.

Scott is really great about keeping you informed on the details of everything that is going on. His attention to detail is well above average. I think that the best part about working with Scott is that he is honest. In our case we were remodeling for a rental property and he was honest enough to tell us what he had found really mattered in a rental. It is not very often that you will find a contractor that will tell you when something is unnecessary, but Scott will listen to your goals and help you get there (in the most common sense way). As someone new to the rental market, his expertise was super valuable. I would definitely use Scott again for any kind of project that might come up. Great all around!
