Carol and Scott remodeled a bathroom for me. The entire process from start to finish was easy and stress free. Their team was professional and kind. They were timely and clean. Scott helped to provide me with budgets for each of the items so I could stay within budget. They finished on schedule and the final product looks amazing. C and S Enterprises made my bathroom model a refreshing and delightful experience! Carol and Scott were transparent and honest about everything and provide true facts to all of the decisions made. I have hesitated in remodeling my bathroom because of all of hidden costs and OMG stories that you here about. Scott and Carol made sure none of that happened. Carol has amazing customer service! She allows you to be part of the process of design and will come to the rescue if you get overwhelmed. Wow, I cannot say enough good things about but am truly impressed grateful that I found and used them for my remodeling. We are beyond pleased with our new our master bath courtesy of C&S remodeling – We basically gutted the space and started over – everything from the vanity/counter/mirror/lighting to the flooring/drop in tub/shower! It was a monumental task, however, the project still finished only slightly over budget – which was totally my fault—I just HAD to have the elaborate shower system and fancy lighting – but even with my midstream changes, they still finished ahead of time! We can’t say enough about their construction crew – My husband and I work from home so we had the opportunity to interact with Avian and Tony daily—they were always on time, very professional, receptive to feedback, and performed quality work. Any time we had a question or issue- they addressed or corrected without delay or complaint. Carol was also great to work with -- she was very responsive with my (many) questions along the way- and helped to guide me when I was questioning my choices ? The transformation is truly amazing—and I find myself going out of my way to walk through the space - and it is on the second floor! We would absolutely recommend C&S Remodeling – and plan to use them again next time we need their services.

Very happy with our complete bathroom remodel and most importantly the project came in ahead of schedule and on budget. The team was able to guide us through the development, design and material choices throughout the project and were able to point out problems with delivered materials that were able to be quickly replaced keeping the project on time. Overall, very happy with service, personnel and results - would use the company again.

We originally hired Scott and Carol for a very complex remodel of our master bathroom several months ago, and we were so happy with how that turned out we asked them to remodel our second bathroom as well! We've now worked with 2 different crews and they were both wonderful-this time we were working with Eli who was very professional, quick to respond to questions, and did wonderful, detail oriented work. As always, everyone we worked with was transparent, and easy to talk to, from the initial consultation and quote till the very end of the project. When we are ready to start working on remodeling our kitchen we will definitely be calling Scott and Carol.

C&S remodeled both our upstairs full bathrooms. They were very helpful in helping with the design. We knew every step of the way what the costs would be with no surprises. We will use them for our kitchen remodel later this year. I highly recommend them.

I hired C & S for two separate projects at different times. Both were remodels of two separate bathrooms. Quality of work was greatâ ¦.but took longer than stated to get both projects done in the contractual timeframe. Covid affected the first projectâ ¦two of the employees got it. Second project someone had a family emergency and another employee didnâ  t show up as expected. Some materials werenâ  t what I had picked out but C& S made good and got the correct materials, just delayed projects further. Frustrating for my family and I. But overall we are happy with the final results. Project cost was competitive.

We had several companies come out to give quotes, and not only was theirs the most competitive, they were also the best communicators. They laid everything out, line by line in a detailed estimate that was easy to understand and got it to us quickly. Throughout the entire project they were quick to respond to calls/emails/texts and kept us up to speed on the progress. They went above and beyond, helping us make design decisions by sending photos of different tile combinations, ect. Alejandro and the whole work crew was great to work with as well-very professional and did wonderful work! We absolutely love our new bathroom and will definitely be hiring them again to remodel our guest bathroom and our kitchen when we are ready to!

C&S Enterprises, LLC has provided nothing but outstanding service in my remodeling of my master bathroom (new walk-in shower, etc.), and a spear bathroom. This outstanding service includes the initial visit and estimate by Scott and Carol, too Joe (construction supervisor), to Pedro, the construction leader. They provide several construction reviews including a pre - final walk through to ensure everything was done to perfection. I would highly recommend C&S Enterprises to anyone who is thinking about a bathroom remodel and/or any other type of home remodeling project. The exceptional workmanship and attention to details was SECOND TO NONE!

Unsatisfactory

Scott and Carol were great. Super quick with updates and keeping us all on the same page. Very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied. They completed two projects for me and both were finished ahead of schedule. Only found minor issues and they were more than happy to fix them.

We hired Scott and Carol for our master bathroom remodel, after we remodeled our guest bathroom on our own. This was the first time we did not tackle a project ourselves. Both Scott and Carol are extremely responsive to texts and calls, and Carol even took me shopping for tile and cabinets. We kept track of various decisions, notes, and purchases via Google Sheets. They sent two laborers to do the job, and that was the bread and butter of the whole project. These two men were at my house at the same time, every day. They spent the whole day working, every day. They brought me in with various critical decisions along the way, but generally allowed my husband, children, and I to work-from-home and school-from-home in peace without having to worry about the job. I typically hear nightmare stories about contractors not showing up on time, not showing up at all, leaving people wondering what to do. This was the opposite of that. We didn't have to worry about various people coming and going all the time. We even felt comfortable leaving home for errands and such, allowing the men to continue working. We are very pleased with the results of the work, the cost of the project, and the overall experience.

This was our first time to remodel a bathroom and we were very pleased. During this time of Pandemic, Carol helped out by shopping online and ordering and both Scott and Carol responded quickly to my texts. Jose and Alex were punctual and the job was done in a timely manner. We will definitely call C&S remodeling again!

Scott and Carol sent a great crew (Raul and Jorge) and they did a wonderful job. Great craftsmanship and detail on the tile work. Both Jorge and Raul kept us informed on the progress AMS were very professional the whole way. The bathroom remodel is amazing and C&S Enterprises are highly recommended. We used the Veterans Land Board home improvement loan process and that was painful, due to Covid restrictions. But Scott was patient and we eventually got the project going and was completed in the anticipated timeframe.

It was not a seamless process. We encountered many obstacles. But through it all, Scott and Carol persevered and the result was a beautiful new bathroom.

Working with this company was a wonderful experience. The experts were extremely helpful. Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable about the industry and what would be the best choices for my project.

Found C&S on HomeAdvisor. There were some flooring and plumbing issues along the way, and Jose and Alex were on point in fixing the problems. The quality of work is outstanding. Scott and Carol were very easy to work with and responded to questions immediately. Looking forward to working with them again on the kitchen!
