Description of Work: Very displeased with CRT Flooring. Salesmen was more focused on sale then listening to what customer needs. He didn't capture anything from our meeting so we had to repeat everything to install crew since they had no idea what was needed. Install took longer than quoted and required several return trips. Since install, we've found 19 tiles with voids under tile or have popped due to substandard materials. When asked to repair chips, cracked grout, and popped tiles, salesmen told builder we (the customer) had "unrealistic expectations". If you think it is unreasonable to expect the tiles to be installed correctly without defects then find another flooring company. They simply don't care about about anything except initial sale. Good luck with warranty work or follow-up appointments either. Today is a great example. I was told two hours ago the crew was on their way to finally fix warranty items. Here I sit once again waiting for CRT personnel who are more than two hours late.
