Critter Done

STAY AWAY AND DONT USE THIS COMPANY Spend your money somewhere else. I was promised that my rodent issue would be solved, but I am still having issues with rats in my house. I shown them the rat feces near my sink, stove and cabinets. I still have activity going on in my ceiling but everytime they have come over, they don’t want to go in. Don’t know why since they don’t answer my questions about it. All they can say is they don’t know where they are coming from or how they are getting in. My dog has caught more rats than they have. They claim to have a “15 month warranty” where they advertise they GUARANTEE animals will not re-enter for 15 months or they will RETURN and SERVICE the problem for FREE. When speaking with the Operations Manager, Fabian (took 2 weeks for him to call me after I called him 5 different times and left him messages), he said they don’t offer refunds and he didn’t know what was offered or guaranteed. As if they aren’t any notes in my file. He was not friendly and said if I have to call BBB or seek legal advice that’s up to me. He also promised to call me back after speaking to the salesman who set up services with me. It’s been a week and I have heard nothing. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! Use someone else who knows what they are doing. Don’t fall for the positive reviews like I did. They do not answer their phone instead the answering service takes their calls for them.

Absolute WORST experience I’ve had with a company. Joey Lopez, the salesman, initially came to my house to provide me the quote on Friday, gave me an itemized invoice with the price. We scheduled service for Monday and I paid it. Joey Lopez said if they were to find any areas in follow up services that weren’t originally found, it would be covered and is part of their guarantee. Monday morning, the crew shows up late and Joey comes to my door about an hour later telling me even though he wrote 5 roof facets on the invoice, he did the math wrong and don’t charge me correctly. I told him no, that they’re on the invoice as well as the price agreed to that I’ve already paid and to call his manager so I could speak with him about it. He told me that I would have to pay for it or they wouldn’t guarantee the service. He said it’s only $195 and I need to pay it. I continued to ask him to call his manager and he just stood there arguing with me. Finally he called his manager, Fabian. I spoke with him and he agreed I wouldn’t have to pay the extra since it was Joey’s mistake and I already paid the agreed to prove on the invoice. Joey was incredibly unprofessional telling his manager they shouldn’t have to guarantee their work since they waved the $195 due to JOEY’S mistake. He continued to speak over me, even calling me the wrong name after I had already corrected him. I ended up kicking him off my property after being disrespectful and unprofessional. The crew did an absolute SLOPPY job and then just left without letting me know or pointing out any work the supposedly did. They charged me $250 for the weather stripping on my garage door and did not even put it on!! (See photos). They also charged me $300 for animal feces removal & $225 for disinfectant which they didn’t do either! They never brought in any disinfectant or brought down any bags showing they removed feces. They DAMAGED any easement by cutting a huge whole and their shoddy work is VERY SLOPPY!! The boys that were out here left sharp wire throughout my yard and didn’t clean up after themselves. I sent Fabian a text on Friday asking when they would be back out because its still evident theres either squirrels or a raccoon in my ceiling and never got a response. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - they are shady as they come and SLOPPY!! I will be contacting the BBB on Monday and getting estimates for the damage they’ve done to my house. I would NEVER recommend this company.

They did not do a good job finding and blocking access points and I had to call them back 2 times after the first visit. The technician just walked around the house and would not go in the attic. I had to show them places the rats were entering the attic and I should not have had to do that. I asked twice for them to block one known access point from the attic to the inside of my house and they would not. I then had live rats inside and found 3 dead ones. They seemed not to care. They seldom came at the time agreed on. It has now been almost a year and last month I had them come and remove 2 more dead rats from the attic. It seems they are still somehow getting inside. Definitely not worth the money.

The work performed by Critter Done was nothing short of outstanding. They plugged all the access areas in the roof and got rid of all critters except one squirrel. Today, they checked out the attic, again, found another area that needed to be plugged and will professionally plug it next Tuesday. I am thrilled with their professionalism and responsiveness. Hats off to Tyler, Joseph, Carlos and Justin. Every person who has worked on our roof/attic has been awesome. I would hire them again in a heart beat and have no hesitancy whatsoever giving them top marks for a recommendation.

So far - so good! Great, thorough work - very professional. The piece-of-mind of the warranty is awesome! Amazing work!

our experience with this company have been great! they were very prompt to answer their phone and in coming to the home on time. Daniel is great to work with. If i have a problem he is on the phone and gets me set up for our rodent guy, Robert, to come over and check on traps or any noises we have heard where there may be an entry point. I might add they have a 15 month warranty that i have not found with other companies. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again. :)

Came out quick for estimate and quick to do the work. Expensive but did a good job and communicates well.

I called Daniel in a panic on April 6th as I heard critters running around in our attic and we were heading overseas in a couple of days. He came out within 30 minutes and took a look around all four of our attics and showed me the paw prints of raccoons and squirrels and showed me where they were tunneling and had been entering the attics. We walked around outside and he explained everything to me. I asked when he could get out to do the work as we were leaving the country in a couple of days and he said he would get his team out the very next day. This was a huge relief for me as the last time we had critters in our attic, they chewed through the water pipe because they were thirsty and so we had a very unwelcome water feature throughout our home. When I heard these critters I just had visions of us getting home from our trip and finding our ceilings collapsed! The previous company we had come out to seal the vents had not done a very good job and hadn't sealed off the vents etc. in all the attics just the main one. Daniel's team came out the next day and finished all the work with a minimum of mess and fuss within a few hours. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. They left traps outside and came back to check them and after our trip brought them back again. We had a huge hail storm that tripped the traps so they came out to reset them. We did finally catch a critter and I haven't heard any scurrying in the attic since Critter Done came out. I would highly recommend this company as they were punctual and extremely understanding of our needs to get things done asap!
