Description of Work: I would not recommend this company. During the sales phase, they were very courteous and seemed to put a lot of work into designing a deck/patio for us; so much so, that my husband was impressed enough to hire them on site. Once they had our deposit, we had difficulty getting the project started. The communication between the company, it's subcontractor, and us, was lacking and frustrating. Three weeks after start of project (we were told it would take 10 days max, with working thru weekends; right; these guys work from about 10am-3pm, Mon-Fri, and that's when they show up), still trying to get it done. I think the owner, Dennis, has his heart in the right place, but he has some very shady characters working for him. Dennis just does not seem to have control over his employees, and it's a shame.

This company came recommended to us from the place we bought the hot tub as they had done good work in the past. Alex was responsive at first and work began. The pad was very roughly done, with rocks sticking out of the surface. We asked that it be resurfaced. They did, with something that resembled stucco and caused huge puddles to form because there was also a lip on the edge of the pad. The second resurfacing fixed some puddling, but water is still standing next to the hot tub. The electrician they used didn't know how to install this tub so we had to call the spa company several times and ask questions for the electrician. During spa set-up, the spa company fixed his mistakes and finished the job. The electrician was also late a couple of times for various reasons. Site clean-up was fine after calling them to remove the concrete forms and asking them to clean spilled concrete. Alex did knock off $200 from his original estimate, but it will cost more than that to fix the problems.
Description of Work: Pour a 10ft x 10ft concrete pad and install electrical sub-panel for a new hot tub installation.
