I actually called Bruce Cramer in May 2012 the first time. My husband and I aren't very computer literate and we had just bought 2 new computers, key boards, etc. I wanted him to come to my house set up the computers, get everything connected to include networking our computers so that my husband could print from the printer that was connected to my computer, set up our e-mails, install all of the software that we had to include the latest version of Microsoft office. He was very professional on the phone, when I called him, very quick to come to the house and punctual. He definitely worked fast and efficiently, actually going back and forth and working on both computers at the same time. The cost was $288 and well worth it to save us the headache and frustration of trying to figure out what to do. Recently, in December 2013 I began to have some problems with several sites on internet explorer. It would stop working. I also had some trouble on a website that I used to enter my hours on my timecard also. I called Bruce, who did offer to try to work me in that same day to come and fix the problem. I elected to wait 3 days and have him come later, when I knew he wouldn't be rushed. He fixed those problems and cleaned up both the computers, to include programs that were loading on start up that I didn't need and getting a new keyboard and mouse hooked up for me for $160. The whole process took a little over 2 hrs, but saved me from having to package up my computer and take someplace to be fixed and then having to go back and get it and try to hook it all up again. I definitely would recommend him. I believe that he is honest and doesn't try to drag out the process to be able to charge you more. I will continue to depend on him to fix any computer problems that I have in the future. Very nice person. He comes himself.
