 + -1 moreThey fixed the problem for me for free. The person I contacted was Bruce Cramer. I could not get him the first time I called him. I got hold of him later and fixed the problem for free because he had fixed it and then the problem recurred after about a week or ten days. He then came back to fix it again. I told him that this should not happen and he fixed it really quick. There were ads coming up with everything I did on the computer. He fixed it for me. I will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: Cramer's Computer Services are my regular computer guys. I used him in October.

Description of Work: My computer was locking up and it wouldn't let me get into any of my Internet services. He came over, cleaned it up, and hooked up a printer/scanner/fax machine for me.
