 + 0 moreDo not pay before job is completed, even if its Friday afternoon and the completion is promised for following Monday. Even if , or especially if, you have known contractor for years.
Description of Work: I paid him $1275.00 to rebuild a storage building - which he did. I paid him $1585.00 to build a carport - which he did not! After trying for about a year to get my money or my carport I just gave up. I was stupid but he is something much worse.

 + -1 moreThis is only one of many times Charles has helped in an emergency. Charles helped me remodel my house last Fall in order to sell it and did a superb job. Charles does roofing, electrical, dry-wall, plumbing and most any other job needed on a house.
Description of Work: Repaired animal damage to roof shingles.
