Description of Work: Covenant Building Services did concrete work for me. They poured a patio.

Description of Work: Contacted Covenant and spoke with Bob Hill re pool deck project. Mr. Hill came out measured and described the lumber,screws and other materials to be used in the job. He knows his business, is very professional and makes a presentation that makes sense with knowledgeable content. Although his quoted price was higher than others, I was impressed with the emphasis he placed on quality of materials and skill and experience of the men who would perform the work. Gary Short and Galen Miller demo'd the old deck and constructed the new deck from framing to the finished product. They set the posts for the frame in concrete, provided more than adequate framing and the finished product of the deck surface is outstanding. They came when promised, took extraordinary steps to insure a quality job and were a delight to work with. They are professional,skilled, conscientious, friendly and take great pride in their workmanship. They cleaned up thoroughly and were helpful with any questions or concerns.. Bob Hill came out and checked on the progress on a daily basis. As Mr, Hill stated on completion, there is really no need to check on either Gary Short or Galen Miller as he is well acquainted with their high quality performance. Finally, I would give Covenant, Hill, Short and Miller unqualified recommendations based on outstanding performance. My only suggestion, if you use Covenant, try your best to get Gary and Galen to do the work.

Description of Work: I had a front porch and back deck build. They work within my budget and when I made additional changes because of my lack of knowledge they were very understanding. They made sure I was happy with my project and did not have to pay until I was happy with everything.
