No problems. Everything is working well. We signed up for a regular maintenance agreement.

My air conditioner broke in the evening at 9 o'clock, they responded very well after an hour.

Answered call right away, unfortunately wasn't able to come until 2 hours after the call while my house was over 80 degrees, but once he got here, was very professional, fixed our problem and gave tips for upkeep and saving money on energy in the future.

The installation of a new HVAC unit was so flawless that the city inspector asked me for the name of the installer. I'm extremely happy with this company

They were easy to contact and they responded quickly. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. On arrival he promptly set about checking the unit. He determined that the unit needed Freon (quite expensive) and added the proper amount. One area which I wished he had checked was the run-off where the condensation from the unit was dripping. After he left we had to find a way to unblock the pipe ourselves to release the extra condensation. This may have been just overlooked but it should have been cleaned out. Otherwise the service was good.

Basic service call for a recently purchased home. Servicer found leaking air vent and repaired it. Signed yearly maintenance contract with company. Overall I was pretty pleased. The servicer was thorough and knowledgeable. The price was slightly high, but hopefully any work in the future will justify the cost. My biggest disappointment with the service was when given a window of 4 hours to arrive (8 am-12 pm) the Servicer arrived at 11:45 with 10 minutes notice and ended up being there for almost 2 and a half hours. I understand that unforeseen circumstances come up, but I shouldn't have to take off all day just to have my air conditioner serviced. Again, just a pet peeve, but still important to know for those that might be on a tighter schedule.

County Wide was very responsive. They sent someone right away after a call from their office to tell me someone was on the way. The repairman diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it straight away. We were very pleased with their service all the way around. We would definitely call them again for any A/C problems.

Found out compressor gave out. The tech. gave me options. Also good information.

County Wide Service Company came when they said they would. The worker did a good job and spent a good hour and a half going over the entire system. He told us if there was anything wrong, which there wasn't. They made a couple of suggestions, if we wanted to make any improvements. That was it.

Our system never worked right after our home was built and County Wide let us know of many errors. We needed some ducting added and extra vents/returns. I was hesitant to spend the money but couldn't be more pleased with the work. I am so happy we did it.

County Wide has been servicing our heat pump for 13 years. Our heat pump is 20 years old, and we have had a slow leak in the attic unit for about 10 years. They have had to come out every couple of years to charge the Freon. They said that they didn't want to repair the leaks on such an old system because if they could find and solder them, then more leaks could develop. We have determined that their price is comparatively high, but they have always been very quick to respond in an emergency. Now that we have found other reliable sources, we will not be calling County Wide again due to their higher prices.

They are very good. They are prompt, and they give us the cheapest way to fix. The quality of their work is very good.

Their service was wonderful. They are well known in the area. They have been very helpful and always very prompt. The pricing was very fair.

I haven't had any problems with them. They don't try to sell me things I don't need.

Within one hour of calling & relating what was going on, a technician came & after being thorough & patient, he explained everything to us & presented us with written options which he was patient in explaining. While having to replace the furnace/AC they did all this the very next day all day despite the cold wet awful weather. Everyone was kind, patient, professional; cleaned up after themselves, explained everything they were doing & what will yet be done as they could not get to the roof due to the weather etc. The office people were also very kind and professional. We will sign up for a maintenance agreement and look forward to a long and positive relationship with safe and well maintained equipment serviced by this professional team.

Have used CountyWide for over 20 years. They are always prompt, courteous and fair in their prices. I just had a new system installed in my mom's home in August and we were given a great deal on the cost of a new unit both a/c and heating with installation included. Always professional and courteous. They call about 15 minutes prior to their arrival which is great.

Their services were great, they came out very quickly and the guy who did the work explained everything very thoroughly. He did a really good job and even left us an estimate if we do want to replace our ac. He didn’t pressure us to get rid of the ac right away, he said that we should do it when we are ready and I liked that he didn’t push us in to making a decision.

Technicians came on the dates they were scheduled and called to let me know when they were on their way. They were polite and performed their job quickly and with little inconvenience to me.

I called the company and set up a service visit on my A/C & Heater. I asked for a day when the service could be performed first thing in the morning to best suit my work schedule, preferably, 8:00 am. I was offered Monday, Oct 29th which I accepted. On Monday, I waited and called the company at 9:00 am and asked what time the technician would arrive, mentioning that I had asked for the first appointment; I was told that he would arrive "before 10:00 am". The technician arrived at 10:25 am. I told the technician to perform the heater service only, and not do the A/C as I needed to leave for work. The work was performed which took approximately 40 minutes. I paid the invoice and the technician departed. The technician was courteous and knowledgable, and performed the work with no problem. There are many service companies that can do this work so I would caution others who use this company to be very specific about what you want at the time you book the appointment. Then you can decide if that meets your needs or not.

Office staff was pleasant and technician was out to my home within hours of my call. Technician was professional and courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the work to be performed in detail before beginning. Work was completed in a prompt manner and A/C has remained in good working order. Technician checked A/C fluid levels while on sight as a courtesy. This was my first experience with Angie's List and County Wide. The entire experience was very satisfying.

I’m very happy with the service. He also informed me about their summer/winter maintenance plan.

They will be out before the winter to check the heater. The $125 also includes the winter check.

I returned from a trip a couple of days ago to a warm house. Called another A/C company (Company X) who came out on Friday morning. They looked at the system and told me that thermostat was bad, had to be replaced ($280). They then checked the rest of the system and estimated that the compressor and coils had to be replaced, they also recommended replacing the furnace to ensure that all units were covered under 10yr warranty (estimate = $9000+). Since the unit was operating after the thermostat replacement I asked if freon pressure was good - Company X said they couldn't check until the outdoor unit was replaced. I declined and called County Wide for a second opinion.Technician showed up on time and took his time to take readings and listen to the information that I had. He checked the system and was able to check pressure. They unit was low and he therefore added freon and the "Easy Seal" addition. The easy seal was expensive but I didn't feel pressured to add it.I used to rent this house when I lived in Dallas. County Wide was the company that I used when my renters had A/C problems. I used County Wide because I trusted their information, especially since I only dealt with them over the phone. I never felt like I was being sold something I didn't need. I don't know why I ever considered calling someone else. I'll continue to use County Wide and would easily recommend them to anyone else.

I called county wide service co. after having called 3 other companies before, all 3 of the others had answering machines and after 2 to 3 days never gave a call back. when I called county wide a nice friendly lady answered and immediately took my information and said a serviceman would call within the half hour, in about ten minutes a dispatcher called to say a serviceman was on his way and would be there in 15 minutes. he arrived as promised and listened to my problem and went right to work. he fished with his inspection in about 20 minutes and gave me a written estimate and with the Angie's list coupon for twenty dollars of the call only cost me sixty nine dollars.
