because of budget, we delayed the project but are looking at them for a smaller construction (carport) later this year.

He came at the scheduled time and measured the wall I want covered. He told me that he would work up and estimate and email me with the numbers. I have yet to hear from him. The young man was smart and polite. I am surprised that he didn't follow up.

The service went well. They were very personable, and very timely. I do not know much, because it has been awhile...I do not remember. They were very professional in cleaning up, and they were always on time.

He responded very promptly and came out today. He gave us a quote of 3600. I appreciated that he responded quickly. He will send us a bid and we will decide to move on or not after comparing bids.

. John's crew was punctual and took great care to clean up after they were finished. The estimated time of completion was 2 days and they were on target. The expanse of the patio cover exceeded the span that could safely be installed so John had an I-beam installed at no additional cost. I appreciated his fairness and willingness to see we were satisfied. Patio covers are done all the time by this company. The results were better than we imagined! Hidden gutters in the cover add to the aesthetics. I would absolutely hire County Wide Exteriors to complete any other projects we need.

The Contract was signed, Thursday, October 10, 2013. I was quoted by the owner of Countywide Exteriors, John Bonillas, a 3 week from start to finish. He also told me how they clean up after themselves and that the job shouldn't be any problem. The following Monday was the Start Date quoted to me. With anticipation I got up early and waited for the crew to arrive. No one showed up and it was Noon now! I called Mr. Bonillas cell and he answered. I asked him where his crew was, and asked if I had misunderstood that today was the Start Date. He said and quot;No, you're right, but I forgot, I'm sorry. I felt something was wrong so I called back but got his voice mail. I left a message that I believed we were not a good match, and would look for someone else to do the work. Shortly after he, and his assistant blew up my phone with calls which I did not answer. I am an elderly widow, so I have to be really careful of whom I deal with. I thought about it all night and could not sleep. Finally, I came to a decision that the Cost was right along with my budget, and so the next day I called and advised Mr. Bonillas that I was giving him the contract to Start. He said and quot;Greatand quot;. I was hoping to hear that they would be here the next day (Wednesday) and start. He told me they would start the following Wednesday of next week. I paused, then with my eyes closed, I said and quot;Okand quot; Long story short: They rarely showed up for work at all and when they did it was always after 9:30 a.m. Days went by without hearing from anyone. I would call but got a voicemail. The End Date was December 22, 2013. My house was a mess as the additional bedroom was going to be mine and part of my old one was going to be used as part of the addition so everything, furniture, clothes, etc. were strewn throughout the house during Holidays, so I didn't have my children, grandchildren or family over for Thanksgiving, nor did I have a tree put up and we had to move Christmas elsewhere. It wasn't just my home in a mess, the yard was horrendous! They left it in disarray. I used to have a gorgeous yard. I called them after the Holidays to tell them of the problems I'd found after the had left. I spoke to Freddy, his Assistant. To this day, they have not returned my call nor will they pickup when I called. - The Electrician did something that affected the guest bathroom lights. He fixed it once while the project was going on. It went out again and I have not no lights in there. My alternative is to hire an electrician. - There is paint on my new Italian Tile from the painters. It hurts me to get on the floor but I've tried different things and I just can't remove it. There is paint on door hinges and since I had them use two different kinds of paint, I have two paints all over my floor. - The new back door has a 1 ft space where the light shines through. - I hire people when I can, but my yard is horrible. - As for the cost, we went from $14,000 - $16,000+ at closing.

They did a good job, were professional and on time.

I noticed a leak when the rain fell once again. I phoned leaving a message one day with no answer that day. Looking for a roofer on Angie's List, I saw Countywide listed. I sent them an email asking if they were still in business since I'd not received a call back. Fred Falcon did call me and arrangements were made to resolve the leak. He and crew came, I explained the problem and the crew went to work. I trust that there is no longer a leak although there hasn't been enough rain to tell yet. I must say that this is in a place where roof lines intersect which is a difficult spot.

We shopped around with several contractors who could perform the work that we were looking to have completed and John was extremely down to earth, understood what we wanted to accomplish, and provided a straight forward price. He was easy to get in touch with if we had any questions or concerns throughout the project and did what needed to be done in order to keep everything on track and within the scope that we agreed upon. We have no issues with John and would highly recommend him. If we need to have something done in the future we will be sure to call John.

He was late. The guy came over only had 1 sample. He didn't give us an estimate at that time. He didn't leave us any brochures or literature for the siding. It took 2 weeks for us to get the estimate in the mail.

We had our home built in 1997 in the Hills and Dales neighborhood. We were first introduced to the company when a very polite and well groomed young man stopped by handing out flyers for County Wide Exteriors. Typically we are very skeptical and cautious of any kind of home remodeling company since you hear so many horror stories and had just recently been given an outrageous estimate from another well known company who had done work for a fellow neighbor. We called for the free estimate and were surprised that it was the owner who had come out to give us the estimate. John Bonillas is the companies owner and after 15 minutes of him being in our home he made us feel like he was genuinely concerned and wanted to help us achieve all our home remodeling dreams. There was no sales pressure and the estimate he gave us was very reasonable compared to other companies we had been shopping with. The first project County Wide Exteriors provided for us in 1999 was a beautiful and well made patio which is still in such great condition you would think they built it for us recently. We were so pleased with the expertise, punctuality, and craftsmanship of the company we had John come back out to price a patio cover for us and we even got a few estimates from a few other companies. Johns price was in the mid-range of our estimates but with the warranty he offered we felt confident in choosing him again. We were amazed at how fast our patio was put together it only took them only one day to complete the project. The crew was extremely professional, respectful, organized, and cleaned up all their mess which was very little when they were done. I like companies who are wise enough to do things right the first time and maximize the use of materials in order to offer consumers like me the fairest price possible. Since then we have had all our repairs and home improvement projects done only by County Wide Exteriors. We will never consider using another company and we are glad to see that the company is now a fully accredited A+ member of the better business bureau. We are so thankful to John for the hard work and great service he offered to us when he told us that he was an Angie's List member and asked if we could give him a review I signed up immediately and felt as if this was the least I could do to repay him for giving us peace of mind and making all our dreams come true. I highly recommend John Bonillas and County Wide Exteriors choosing his company was one of the best decisions my wife and I could have made and I know if given the chance he will make you just as happy as he has made us. THANK YOU JOHN words can never be enough to express our gratitude. And when do our next project of replacement patio doors we have and quot;Our Guyand quot; and will be sure to continue giving him our business and recommendation to all our friends and family!!!

BAD. Back to looking for a solution hoping to get my money back

We started looking for remodeling companies about the 1st of May. We scheduled an appointment with County Wide. John came out to our home and he was very kind and offered us a get deal on the siding. My husband and I decided to go with County Wide Exteriors on the fact that everything John explained to us happened. His workers were fast and professional and the job looks GREAT.

Countywide recently put siding on our home. We were extemely pleased with the work. There was no money up front and no pressure. The job was finished ahead of scheduel. They did every thing they said they would. Eeven an excellent job of cleaning up, We dealt with John Bonillas and found him very professional. We plan to use them again.

Outstanding -- I was extremely impressed with CountyWide Exteriors in all areas. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing siding/painting.
