It did not go well. Another dentist said they ground down my teeth and that they should not have done that. My teeth were better off before I went to them. I ended up with some teeth that were gray and others a creamy brown. The entire upper is horrible and the teeth are not even. I went back to have them fix it and they wanted to charge me another $15000.00. I would not recommend them.

I have been going to him for five years. I am real happy with him. He is great.

They're easy to get to. They're nice. I hate the dentist. The fact that I'll keep going back to them is nice. I had to go in there with my baby. He was only 3 1/2 months. They were so nice and they played with my baby in front while they fixed my tooth. It was just a really good customer service.

I've never had an issue with them other than they have e tendency to try to push other procedures and things that you don't really need. But, their work is good. I've used them for probably above 20 years. I've been very happy with the way they treat their customers, the way they perform their services. It's just an all around good experience except that they're always trying to sell you fluoride or some other things which is kind of questionable sometimes.

I lost a molar and it was determined that I needed a permanent bridge. This dental work is currently in progress. Dr. Moore was out of town during the fitting and placement of my permanent bridgework, so he wasn't the dentist who applied my permanant bridge. I've scheduled a followup, due to some unexpected sensitivity with my bridgework. Since the staff has been great, and always responsive to my concerns/questions, I feel very confident that any issues I have will be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Linda Mendoza

This is the most amazing work I have ever seen in terms of a dental makeover. Dr. Moore taught at the Dental School at UTSA and is truly an artist at working with people and their smiles. The end result is that my smile looks perfect, and he has restored my confidence in my dental care!

Cosmetic Dental Associates have their own lab so they can do bridges right there. He is very gentle. He is very genial and low-key. He takes time with you and explains thing. His staff know the patients: they know my name when I walk in.

Overall, to sum up how my experience was, I felt like I was being sold a car by a used salesman- Just didnt feel comfortable moving ahead with this dentist- Im new to the area & I dont have dental insurance yet so I found this office on Google (didnt know about Angie's List at that time) & it had some "okay" reviews on Google- & because I didnt know who else to go to & they offered an exam/x-ray special- I decided to start with them- In the end, I just didnt feel comfortable with proceeding with them- although the male assistants' bedside manner was great- he had a great personality & was the best thing about the place- but I still decided to go somewhere else for a second opinion- The confirmation for me about NOT going to this place?because I wanted a second opinion, they wouldnt even give me a "copy" of my x-rays without charging- even though I already paid for them.!!

I'm very satisfied and pleased w/ this practice. They call back to see how you're doing. Once, I lost a cap, and they saw me that same day, and put in a temporary the same day. They also have the latest equipment. They are very personal, and they don't treat you as if you're just a number on the chart.

Dr. Moore did a good job as a dentist. However, his constant sales tactics drove us to finding another well qualified dentist. He was always trying to sell us something. Even after we stopped going to him, we received constant phone calls telling us it was time for a new appointment. These phone calls and letters came close to harassment. They continued long after we called and begged to be taken off their client list and to stop the calls. This did not deter them.
