+ -1 moreCarlos does a great job of fixing a roof that doesn?t need to be replaced. I recommend him all the time. He is honest, reasonably priced, and skilled. Also he will never recommend a new roof unless you truly need it.
Description of Work: He repair my roof and fabricated two gutters.

+ -1 moreHe also noticed and repaired damage to the underlying roof supports. He and his crew were reliable, honest, and trustworthy. Thankfully, I won't need a new roof for decades, but I will call them again when I do. I would like to add that they left nothing in my yard - no trash, nails, construction materials from removing the old shingles, nor from their lunch, etc. I have never ever had a crew leave my place this clean. That shows how respectfully they treated me and my property.
Description of Work: He replaced my roof, put in a ridge vent, and put in new perimeter and vent flashing. He also noticed and repaired damage to the underlying roof supports. He and his crew were reliable, honest, and trustworthy. Thankfully, I won't need a new roof for decades, but I will call them again when I do.
