Nowadays, in the State of Texas, the Realtors Assn and the State Legislator have concocted this silly form; wherein the buyer's agent is supposedly working "solely" for the potential buyer..? (lol) Well, if you get paid via commissions; in reality, the agent is working, at least in part, for the "seller"!... No matter how dedicated, principled and loving a buyer agent might be; the more time "showing", means a lower pay grade..? (lol) Naturally and necessarily, those buyer's agents are always a little anxious or hurried...? As far as buyer's agents go however; Mr Copeland has got to be one of the best. JV
Description of Work: He's my buyer's real estate agent, for a home I'm buying. I'll supposedly be closing in December.

He was wonderful about communicating with all parties involved including the Mortgage contact as well as the Title company to help ensure everything stayed on schedule for a faster closing.

+ -1 moreChris always took care of his duties as a realtor without delay. There were some bumps in the road as far as the process of buying the house went, but Chris was able to coordinate with the other parties in order to smooth out the process. My only warning would be that you need to be sure of your direction when choosing a house. Chris will require you to sign a contract and stick to it. He will not make much money at the discounted rates he provides. If you are planing to shop for an extended period of time, he will still be happy to help but he may want to adjust your discount accordingly. He is very fair and willing to negotiate, so you will be able to work something out.
Description of Work: If you are looking to find a house quickly and get a generous rebate towards closing then Chris is the realtor for you! He will go out of his way to take care of every detail for you and provide you with advice. The reason that I chose him was that he responded to emails much more quickly than other discount realtors. Throughout my dealings with him he was always quick to respond to any questions and/or give me direction on where to find answers.
