Copco Remodeling did not do a good job. There were problems with almost all of the work to be done. Our biggest concern was with the sinking foundation and they just didn't improve our situation with that at all. They were supposed to place supports and didn't. They didn't pour or use any concrete at all. The boards on the deck sink in places and come up in others. They are non-responsive to our calls and basically their remedy to all the problems is that they will pay half and we pay the other to fix it. That's terrible and people should know this.
Description of Work: We hired them to fix a sinking foundation and replace the walkway and deck in that area.

Response from COPCO REMODELING
The Members were happy with all the work we did for a year or so after the work was completed. They paid us upon completion.When they called us,we did go out and take a look at the problem.We replaced a retaining wall with rail road ties. This was how the subdivision had built it in the first place and this is what the contract was written for.We did try and work something out for them,however,it required paying more money to replace it to a concrete retaining wall. They did not want to pay any more money. The problem is there lot is eroding at an increased rate due to many factors.
