CoolMark heating and air

We have had the best experience with the team at CoolMark and the owner himself, Mark Garza. They have gone over and above to help us out when our AC unit died, and even after the installation to ensure everything is working correctly. I felt bad bugging them when our new unit wasn't working right but they kept coming out until they discovered the problem, even coming out twice in the same day! Their services and the product they install were very competitive price wise and they worked with us to get the best financing options. I would highly recommend Coolmark Heating and Air to anyone needing service on their current unit or installing a new unit all together. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent! He was the second repair man I had look at the problem & after the problem was not resolved, I called CoolMark. Mark arrived and recognized the problem immediately. He cleared out my clogged drain line & I was back & running in no time. Fast, Professional & affordable. I would definitely recommend him.

Annual Maintenance

My experience with CoolMark was a great experience. I requested a call from them and received it in the early morning . Mark came out that afternoon and evaluated my system. The unit was 27 years old and died of old age/wear & tear. He showed me three options for a new unit and informed my of the rebate availability of a rebate for units with a SEER rate above 15. The unit was installed the next day and I am loving my new system.

Mark is fantastic. I hired him for this job because of work he did for me the previous summer. His prices are great and he's an all-around nice guy. I always feel as if I can trust him because he shows me how much parts cost him and then we talk about the labor costs.

After several other companies came to survey our situation, including an extremely pathetic contractor sent by our home warranty company, we called CoolMark on a recommendation from a family friend. Freddie took his time to explain everything in detail, discussed multiple options based on price and quality, gave suggestions, and set REALISTIC timelines and expectations. He made my wife and I feel completely at ease and confident that we were making the right decisions. Once we chose CoolMark, Freddie worked with our busy and tumultuous work schedules and personally oversaw the project from contract signature to installation completion. Once the installation was complete, Mark the owner took care of all our admin needs. This included financing, City Inspection and he filed our paperwork for a city energy efficiency rebate. With full confidence I recommend CoolMark for anyone's residential AC and heating needs. They are a professional, courteous, company that made sure we had a perfect experience.
