+ -1 moreThe delivery was great and I think the price was great as well. We bought the refrigerator with the microwave. I was looking there for a mattress as well, but felt that they were a little pushy. I am going to be looking somewhere else for the mattress.
Description of Work: We bought a refrigerator. It is a stainless steel and the drawers are side by side.

+ -1 moreThe refrigerator was still under warranty so the motor was covered at no charge for the part to be replaced. We were satisfied with everything they did and it took about one hour to replace the new motor on the refrigerator.
Description of Work: They replaced the motor on the refrigerator it works better now.

+ -1 moreConns came to my house right on time. They were very nice people. I do have a maintenance agreement with them and so there was no cost to me to have them check my washer. I felt that they were very thorough and responded to my call quickly. I have not had any problems with my washer since that time.
Description of Work: They did a check on my washer as it was not spinning correctly. Conn's or nobody else came out to look at my washer. I bought a new one eight months ago. I'm 76 years old, but I think I would have remembered that. My old washer wasn't spinning right, but like I said, nobody came out to look at it.

+ -1 moreConns did very unsatisfactory work. We had a written agreement that they did not follow it at all. They wouldn't answer my calls. The people took three weeks to come out and fix my dishwasher. They are not a good company at all. The money I paid was for a one year warranty.
Description of Work: They fixed my dishwasher. It leaked while it was running.
