I purchased a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator / freezer from my local Conn's on SW Military / Zarzamora 4 years ago, and I purchased an extended warranty. On June 1, 2014, the refrigerator side began freezing; the thermostat control stopped working. I called for service, using my warranty, on Tuesday, June 3, when I was certain that I couldn't correct the issue. Conn's sent a service agent out the following Saturday, 4 days later. By then, I decided I should raise 2 other issues I was having and have them repaired, too. (The ice bucket release button is broken, and a broken cam in the fridge door creates a Very Loud Clack! whenever the door is opened or closed. The service rep informed me that it would be around 10 days for the needed parts to come in. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with a fridge that freezes everything, so I have to start alternating between turning off the breaker, or letting the fridge door stand open to warm up the compartment. This is imperfect, so I throw away food and drinks that are ruined, too. I called the Conn's number last Thursday, June 12, asking for an update. I'm told they have 2 of the 3 needed parts, and that the 3rd part should be arriving by FedEx yesterday, Monday, June 16. I called Conn's this morning at opening (8 AM), and "Gloria" informs me that the 4th part is not yet in. What 4th part?! They have the thermostat, but will absolutely will not send out a service rep until all parts are in. They are sorry for my inconvenience (2 weeks since I called for service!), and no, there is no supervisor I can speak to. Since Conn's already has the money I paid for their damned extended warranty, they clearly have no motivation towards positive customer service. I feel I've been conned by Conn's. If you have actually read all of this, you might keep my experience in mind before you give them your business, because they have no qualms giving me "the business." I am still waiting for completion.

They are very good workmen and reliable. They give me a time frame on when they would be here, and once they get here, they were very efficient.

Conn's Appliance did a very good job. The people were very nice and very honest. We didn't know what was wrong. It could have been anything, but they were honest with us and fixed the problem for a great price. I would recommend them to anyone.
