+ -1 moreTHE AD HI-LITES 'RAPID RESPONSE' AND THAT IS WHAT THEY DID. UPON INSPECTION, THEY HEARD THE NOISE AND STATED THE MACHINE IS ABOUT TO CRASH. THEY ENCOURAGED US TO BACK UP OUR DATA.
Description of Work: THE COMPUTER WAS MAKING A LOT OF NOISE. THEY CAME AND LOOKED AT THE COMPUTER TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG.

+ -1 moreJEFFERY WORKED HARD BUT DILIGENTLY. HE HAD THE THREE COMPUTERS NETWORKED AND THE PRINTERS GOING BEFORE I HAD REALIZED. WHEN WE HAD PROBLEMS TWO DAYS LATER, JEFFERY CAME BACK WITHIN AN HOUR OF CALLING HIM AND WE WERE BACK ONLINE.
Description of Work: I HAD THREE COMPUTERS AND TWO PRINTERS NETWORKED. I HAD A ROUTER INSTALLED AND CHECKED.
