Easy to work with.

The service provider was punctual and correct issues with the sprinkler heads and drip irrigation.

Frank seems OK at first but the quality of work was horrible. We asked him to install a flow meter ($100) that we have and I wanted to make sure he knows how to install it. He promised he knows what he was doing multiple times and at the end he installed the flow meter wrong and now the flow meter is useless because he glued it on instead of using a coupling. He also doesn't honor the stated warranty and would avoid our calls. After about six months the irrigation system started to act improperly and sometime it would work and sometime it doesn't. We called him to come look and he came the first time and twisted the solenoid a bit and it started working again. Then a week later the system again having the same problem. Called him again and he would not answer any of my calls. Two months later I call again and he picked up the phone and said he doesn't remember who I am and asked me to text him and he would schedule the appointment, but he never responded. Two weeks later I texted again and no respond. Another two weeks later called him again and again he said text him and he would schedule. Again, no respond. It is his way to avoid the situation. Now I have to find someone else and pay to fix his work that he is suppose to fix with the warranty.

Compass was great! Turned out the system reset itself and started working so I didn’t need service that day. But they’ll called me right away and fit me into their schedule. First impressions mean a lot. You can tell they care about their customers. They’ll be our first call anytime we need service or repair.

Checked system carefully, replaced three sprinkler heads and repaired leaks in the drip line. Friendly, professional, careful attention to detail. Will definitely phone them again when problems arise.

I've had two irrigation systems installed professionally and done three myself over the years. Frank and his team were by far the fastest, most professional and most fair priced yet. I'm still amazed at how quickly they installed my system, tested it, and cleaned everything up. They even fixed an existing issue with my water line that would have been a problem down the road. Super-responsive and courteous. I would absolutely hire them again!

AWESOME !!! He was able to get us in sooner and his crew even worked on Sat. and Sunday. They were here at the time we were told they would be. The project took 1 -1/2 days. He had the machines to dredge nice and neatly. His crew hand dug around the areas where our new pool plumbing was. They were conscientious about the grass that was in good condition and stayed off our new patio. Frank was there to check on the work. He also found a section that was not functioning at all- may have been damage by the heavy equipment, so they put in a new section. He went through each section with us to make sure they were set properly. He honored the price he quoted and gave us a 1 year warranty. We will definitely be calling him for any future work and hope he is in business for a very long time.

Very well. Frank Hernandez came out on a weekend to give me an estimate because my schedule did not allow me to be at home during the week. Frank and his team showed up on time the day of the work and performed the work as described. He also gave me some suggestions for how to improve my irrigation.
