 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY PROMOTES A "PLATINUM PREMIER SERVICE AGREEMENT" THAT PROVES TO BE AN ENTRY TO CHARGE FOR NON-C0VERED SERVICES. TECHNICIANS DO NOT APPEAR TO BE CAPABLE OF SOLVING PROBLEMS, AND PROBLEMS ARE BUCKED UP TO "LEVEL l" TECNICIANS. ONE TECHNICIAN, IN PARTICULAR, HAS A CONDESCENDING MANNER. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF SPOTTY SERVICE, WE WISHED TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT. HOWEVER, THE SERVICE AGREEMENT IS AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED AND ENFORCED WITH A 60-DAY NOTIFICATION, SO THAT THEY STILL ATTEMPT TO BILL YOU AFTER YOU WANT TO FIRE THEM.... FINALLY, TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, A YEAR LATER THEY TURNED MY ACCT. OVER TO A COLLECTOR WHO HARASSED ME FOR WEEKS.... NOT TO BE TRUSTED, TO BE SURE!
