No pressure to replace parts but a more objective assessment on what expenses may be involved in the future. Extremely useful for future financial planning

Work was done efficiently and professionally

They were really professional and polite. The work took about three days, only because they reused the cooper lines. They had to do a nitrogen charge through them and it had to sit overnight. They left the area really clean.

Could have been coincidence, but it seemed as if every time we had routine maintenance done we needed repair work within a few weeks. Our experiences last spring and summer gave us the final push to end the business relationship. March 4, 2016 we had a spring check-up and 3 pounds of refrigerant was added to the system. The technician at first said it was 4 pounds, but later said 3 after I protested it had never taken that much. We'd been told earlier we had a leak in the interior coil would need to replace it, again. Now we were told they couldn't keep adding refrigerant indefinitely and we needed to replace the coil. June 13, 2016, the same technician added 4 pounds of refrigerant. I signed for the refrigerant on an iPad, although I couldn't see the screen in the bright sunlight. We'd scheduled the coil replacement for June 22. The company insisted would take only one day although I told them the previous coil replacement, done by them, took two days. July 8, 2016, a Friday, a two-man team came to replace the coil. They said it would take two days, and, since it was a Friday, we would be without AC over the weekend. It was agreed that wasn't a good thing in July in San Antonio and the replacement was put off until October. They topped up the refrigerant, again. It took 2 pounds. On July 18, 2016 they mailed us a bill for $2,671.00 for refrigerant and replacing the coil based on the June 13 receipt from the iPad--which was unreadable and I shouldn't have signed. The error was corrected with a couple of phone calls. The unit worked well until October 13, leading us to question the accuracy of the refrigerant fills in March and June. That, in addition to a couple of earlier billing and repair snafus, made us re-think whether we wanted them to replace the coil. We decided to notify them we would go with another company. The spring system check and 3 pounds of refrigerant was $225.00.

Saturday job. Thought I had an underground leak from the temp being in the 20's. As they were on the way I realized it was the bib leaking and the water was coming down the back of the hose to the ground. I was only charged for the service call and part since it was a quick fix. I'm bad with names but I think Mark was the person I contacted late on Friday. Keith was the plumber who came out Saturday morning. Both were great to work with. The pricing I was given was very reasonable.

I think one of the best things about this company is the employees and staff that do the work. We have been so pleased -- they have a high level of integrity and a very strong work ethic. In addition their prices are competitive and fair.

They are pretty decent on their price. They actually had two guys who were not terribly with it, but the boss came out and made good and one case it caused them a couple of thousand dollars to do so we thought they stood behind it very well. They are always there within 10 or about 15 minutes when they say they will be. We are kind of in remote place so that is phenomenal. Their professionalism is good. We have them out here to set the furnace and air conditioning for the summer and then again for the winter so they will out here pretty quick again.

Excellent. The technician arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. Although his uniform said he was from Comfort Air Engineering and a company van was parked out front, he introduced himself and verified with me the work he was there to perform. He was courteous and explained each thing he was looking for as he inspected my system and what he found and what it meant. When the inspection was complete, I was confident it was thorough and accurate. When I was handed the invoice it was less than I expected and he told me how I could reduce it even more!

They arrived on time and repaired a buried copper pipe that was leaking. Polite, professional, fairly priced.

I had two services calls with Keith and one with his partner. They were both exceptionally professional and polite. They got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and showed up for my appointments when expected.

The gentleman that came to fix the problem looked neat, was clearly identifiable by his logo'd shirt, and was very respectful to me. He was on time and fixed the problem quickly.
