Description of Work: About 13 years ago we bought a heat pump (combination heat and A/C from them. We took out a service policy where they check it twice a year; once in spring and once in fall. They always do an extensive job, and both visits total $129.00 a year. They always do a very good job, and when it is time to replace our system, they are the first ones we will check with.

Description of Work: Rowdy and apprentice replaced my gas water heater as it was old. I was concerned the new models wouldn't fit in my laundry room closet and it was a close fit. New features intrigued me with the pressure tank and didn't need a flame to light. Guys were great, efficient, and wasted no time. I'm happy, heater fits and its cooking, guys are done. Yippie!

Description of Work: I needed a new ac/heater and after checking several companies for estimates and from many recommendations from others, I called Comfort Air. They were very punctual and very professional and I felt their quality of work was as reported from the ones who recommended them. I have had it now about a year and have not had any problems. I am very, very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend their company to anyone.

Description of Work: They were invited to my home to do a service and check conditions of our A/C and heater system. The service was completed in good fashion however, this turned into a sales pitch to purchase a new system. $11,000 to purchase and install a 17 seer system. I'll get 2 other quotes.

Description of Work: had to replace major components in AC unit as well as heat pump. Worked with manufacturer to have warranty cover parts. Would have been extremely expensive were it not for them going the extra mile. They went above and beyond for us.

Description of Work: I was having trouble with my furnace. A freind recommended Comfort air as he had used them for many years. They responded to my call within 4 hours and said the furnace which was 28 years old needed to be replaced. I was approved for thier 2 year payment plan at no interest and they came out within 2 days and did the entire replacement in about 3 hours. They then scheduled the City Inspector for a Code Compliance inspection that occurred within 2 days. The workers were extremely knowledgable and neat. They left no mess in the work area and they even checked the A/C to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Comfort Air and they will be doing all my future A/C and heating work and repairs.

Description of Work: Replaced upstairs HVAC unit (heater, condenser coil, outside compressor). It went well. Great service. Will use in the future as needs indicate.

Description of Work: I had a regular checkup of my heating system. When we needed a new HVAC system, I wanted American Standard. We chose Cool Concepts for their reasonable price and rapid response.(Not all companies returned our calls in a timely manner). We have had them provide regular maintenance ever since.

Description of Work: Semi annual service on two heat pump/air conditioner. I have used comfort air for over 15 years. They are by far the best value.
