Description of Work: I do not recall the cost of service. I had a new unit installed so it was quite a bit, but in line what the other companies charge. I did considerable research before calling any company to do that kind of job and everyone to whom I spoke, had high praises for them. They continue to do my rechecks every year and I am pleased with that as well. I have not been disappointed in their work and will call them again if I need to.

Description of Work: Daniel did a Spring check-up of our AC system and topped up the refrigerant in the unit. | |As has been the case with all Comfort Air employees who have come to our home, Daniel was courteous, answered all my questions, and explained what he was doing and why. While AC maintenance isn't high on my list of fun, these pros make it as painless as possible.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME. THE UNIT BROKE ON THE EVE OF OUR FAMILY VACATION AND ALL THE DETAILS WERE WORKED OUT OVER THE PHONE. THE SERVICE MANAGER HAD TO PLACE SEVERAL LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS TO KEEP ME INFORMED.

THE COMPANY SENT OUT A CREW OF THREE MEN TO REMOVE THE OLD UNIT AND REPLACE IT WITH AN ELECTRIC CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. THE MEN WERE VERY POLITE, INFORMATIVE AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW THE NEW UNIT WORKS. THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER INSTALLATION, THE MANAGER CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO EVALUATE THE INSTALLATION AND TO FURTHER EDUCATE US ABOUT THE COMPUTERIZED SETTINGS. HE WANTED TO ENSURE THAT THE UNIT AND ALL AIR DUCTS WERE PROPERLY INSTALLED.
Description of Work: COMFORT-AIR ENGINEERING REPLACED AN OLD GAS-POWERED AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WITH A NEW ELECTRIC CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT.
