Everything went very smooth without a hitch

We have been very happy with Comfort Air, haven't used Primo Plumbing.

I could have "saved" $49. if I signed up for their prepaid AC PM service. Ouch!

Came home from out of town to discover water coming through ceiling onto kitchen floor. Called Comfort Air base based on recommendation from friend who uses them for her 10 rental properties. They responded the next morning at 8 a.m. and the repairs were done in less than an hour. The actual repair was only about $100, but I also signed up for a maintenance program which includes twice a year "tune-ups" or "check-ups", so that brought the cost to a little less than $300. Since this occurred over the Memorial Day Weekend, I was happy to receive the service in a timely manner without having to pay an exorbitant emergency fee. I will definitely call them in the future.

They showed up on time, were professional, they did good work, they were comparable to what other people were charging. I thought they were a little high but they were in similar pricing with other companies. there was one company that I talked to that kept trying to up-sell me and that really aggravated me. Having a hot water heater in the attic you didn't want slouches working on it.

Excellent. We started using this company when we moved in last August. We noticed that the air handler was making a loud noise on Saturday evening. We called Comfort Air first thing Monday morning and they said that they would send somebody out later in the day. The tech arrived around 5:00 pm. He crawled up in the attic and determined that the blower fan and motor was going out. He said that we could still use it and hopefully it would last until the parts got ordered. The air conditioner and air handler are only a couple of years old so they are still under warranty. The parts were ordered and we were told that they would be in on Thursday around 12:00pm. The technicians Robert and Adrian showed up a little after 5:00pm and installed the new blower fan and motor. Everything was up and running before dinner. : ) We have been very happy with all of the technicians that have come to house over the last year, whether to repair something on the unit or to do their scheduled maintenance. The technicians are very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Since our air conditioner is under warranty we do not pay for repairs on those services but we do buy the scheduled maintenance and their prices are very reasonable. We always get a call in the spring and summer to make an appointment for our scheduled maintenance. I really do appreciate their initiative to make the call and get us on the calendar for inspections. Thank you Comfort Air......you should be very proud of your staff. s miller

Primo was recommended to me by a neighbor. Primo was the best price quote, but did not have the exact size/height unit to replace my broken unit. I ended up buying the replacement unit from Home Depot, since they had the same size/capacity there. Primo agreed to work me into their schedule, and do the work on a time and materials basis, since I had drained, disconnected and removeed the existing unit. The plumbers were very courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again.

The tech tested and cleaned both air handlers in the attic as well as servicing and cleaning (washing) the compressor and fan assemblies outside. He took the time to explain his numerous readings and explain to me why they were important. I was impressed with his thouroughness and attentention to detail. I was particularly concerned about one of my units as it is 13 years old. But it tested out within normal limits. The tech did not try to sell me anything. Thank goodness this company compensates their employees well and does not use commissions.

I would highly recommend them for difficult jobs. They did a really nice job in finding and repairing my wall leak. A friend with a foundation leak had recommended them to me. They did good work on the new installation, too.

Wonderful! I called Friday morning and they were abel to replace the pressure regulator and the install the new hose bib the same day! Tommy, Keith, Tommy and company were terrific and so professional, polite, and quick! I had used them before last year when my electric hot water heater went out and I replaced it with a gas one - great experience - so glad I was referred to them by my friends at SAWS.(this was before I joined Angie's List.). And they remembered me!!

They were very easy to work with and it seemed like they were the guy next door. They were very professional and did a good job. They had to come in for several times as they had to check up for piping. I would rate them high overall and would use them again in the future.

I bought a service agreement with them. I had to have some pressure reduction valve installed because it was bad. They were pretty much in line with the price. I bought a quality valve from a store, and it was more expensive. The guys who did the work were great. I have no problems at all. They were very informative and very professional. They did a good work. They know what they were doing.

The time of arrival is a broad window (Morning 8-12 or Afternoon 1-5). The office does call you about 20 minutes ahead of time to let you know the tech is enroute. The technician, Mike, started his inspection with the air handler the attic. He took the unit apart examining & cleaning (he used a special compressed gas). He then disassembled, examined and cleaned the outside unit. Finally he checked the AC's operation, amp levels and coolant levels. He went inside the house to check the air returns, get filter sizes (and check cleanliness), etc. He declared that the system was running just fine for it's age (12 years). I like that there was no sales pressure.

We have used them for the past couple years. We really like them. They are significantly cheaper than the other major heating and air conditioning people in this area. We used to be with a different company, and we switched to this company. They treat you like a friend. They provide great quality services. They are very friendly. The provider we used to use said that we needed a completely new system. I played golf with the guy who runs Comfort-Air, and he said that he would give us a free, no-obligation quote. They gave a quote for $2000 cheaper, so we stayed with them.

The serviceman (Luis) arrived less than an hour later, even though it was an after hours call. He was professional and impressive. He fixed the problem and explained everything to me in detail and it only cost $150! I was expecting the experience to cost me WAY MORE!

A different story kept having different problems. It was filtered the wrong way so it was filtering to the drain pan. The installation had been incorrect initially in 2002 when the house was built. They were prompt, good people to deal with.

My wife dealt with them, they found a part that they had to search hard for. I don't think they charged us the shipping. I was very happy with them. This is the only company my wife will use.

I have been using their services for about five years. They have been very responsive and I thought that their service was reasonable and that they did not try to over charge me. Their service has been good.

I have been using their services for the last three years now. I like that they are very thorough when they are looking at the unit. They are prompt when coming out to do the work. We have also been pleased with the work they had done for us.

There was a long delay at our request of the bid and the actual reception of the bid and also a large delay in the time that they have started the job and they are still working on it. The employees are very courteous and pleasant, but it seemed sometimes that they didn't have the parts that they needed so they had to delay.

This company came highly recommended to us by an architect friend/client, so we included them in the three proposals that we obtained before replacing our heating/cooling system. Provided a timely estimate...stated would be at our home at a given time and they were 30 minutes early. The rep sat in his vehicle until we finished with a prior guest...he didn't approach our door until the time of the appointment. Gave us very fair information which we tested against the other 2 proposals. They weren't the least expensive and they weren't the most expensive - however their customer service was exceptional. Based upon our research, the recommendation from our friend, and the company's representative, plus telephone contact after the proposal was delivered, we chose this company. They were on time for the installation, and spent the whole day (as they had indicated would be required at minimum) installing. Very polite, fair price, highly recommended by us.

These guys do a lot of work when we need it. We ve used them for over 3 years and have never had any problems. They have always been reliable and they do the job right. The price has always been reasonable.

We have used this company before because they do a super job. We wanted a real high efficiency system installed. It took about three to four days to install it. We are real satisfied with the system. They were good at cleaning up the mess.

Excellent. The technicians are professional, prompt, and make helpful suggestions about ways to optimize energy use. I called them last summer about a hole in a duct joint in the attic. Someone was out to repair it within hours. No charge. And checked out the system while they were there. The company personnel are courteous and very responsive.
