Cloud Roofing

They came in on a Monday morning and removed the old roof and had it replaced and everything cleaned up by Tuesday late afternoon.

We found a broken rafter after the work was finished, and the first time it rained, it leaked immediately. We also have some wood rot now because of it. When I brought it to their attention, the assistant manager screamed at me. They did come back and patch the roof.

I haven't had this work dnoe yet, but am planning in the future. They were courteous on the phone and got back to me quickly. I have used this service in thepast and they were excellent.

So Far it has not gone well. After over a month of phone calls we still do not have any one from cloud roofing repair our roof.

Although it took about 3 weeks before they could do the work this was within their estimate. They were very professional and did not try to sell more than was needed. I felt that they were very knowledgeable and skilled. My very best experience with a roofing company.

Their work is very good. We have a metal roof, and they didn't charge us a thing to come out at fix it for us. We just had a heavy rain, and there no longer is a leak.

made a day for the man to come buy he called several times to reschedual. Finally he just came by on a day we were not home and left us a estimate it was like 18,000 this was the most of all the estimates we got. We have a flat roof and two shops plus house and garage port. Well this was out of the range so we never heard back or called him back may have been more out of his league to big of a job and did not have enough time with flat roofs.

Good. Estimator willing to do work to match Insurance Company Estimate. However, another Roofer will do for little less. Still comparing.

I was not there for most of the work they finished, I was however home when they came to fix the leak. They were fast, professional, and cleaned up the area.

Cloud Roofing did a very good job on my roof replacement. The crew was very professional and the cleanup job was excellent. I would recommend their services to anyone and I will use them again if the need arises.

Things went pretty good. I had no problems with Cloud. They were prompt, they cleaned up their mess very well, they were professional. I did most of my communicating with them over the phone due to my work schedule, which went well. They matched the shingles with my previous roofing.

DELIVERED ROOFING MATERIALS ONE DAY AND BY THE NEXT DAY WHEN WE CAME HOME FROM WORK WE HAD A BRAND NEW ROOF! THERE WAS NO MESS IN OUR YARD AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have a two story home which required them to charge a little more. They respond quickly and are very professional. When they tell you they will be there they are there. You don't pay until the job is done and you are satisfied.

They did an excellent job. They were clean and they do a great job honoring their warranty.

I would rate them an A in all categories. I would use them again.

Everything was okay. I did not have any problems with them. They did a good job overall.

The only thing that took a long time was fromt the very beginning. I called on a Monday and no one got back to me until I called the following Monday. The young lady that answered the phone said she guessed someone dropped the ball. After that things went well, Luis Noriega called me that afternoon and said he would be out the next day and email me an estimate, which he did. I left him a message regarding the estimate and about the work and he called me late the following even (around 8:00 pm) which I appreciated him taking his own personal time to get back with me. He was very nice and professional and answered all my questions. I noticed that the work was complete a couple of days later which was great because it started raining a lot! Regarding the price, I'm assuming it's a fair price, didn't have much to go on. I wish I could have given a better rating but the response time wasn't great From my experience with Luis Noriega, I would have given them an A.

It was the worst customer service I have ever received. I can't believe he hung up on me. I was being very pleasant.

They were prompt but we were surprised that they raised the price from the estimate. They had given us an estimate in October but when we had the work done in January they raised it by $100. We can’t comment on what a good job they did because we can’t climb on the roof to check. They were responsive, worked fast and seemed to work well. They were okay.

They were highly recommended. They did a good job. I asked the man if there were any promotions, and he said no. The day after they got done, I got something in the mail saying that there was something free with the purchase of a roofing job. I was a little upset about that.

Excellent. Caleb came out and determined that the water leakage I had coming from the roof was coming from a cracked low profile vent. He also identified another vent in need of replacement. He had someone out to do the repairs within two days.

Called for estimates for new roof and repairs to siding. Although they told me they could do both, the estimator who came out gave me an estimate for the roof only and referred me to another source for a siding estimate which required another phone call and another appointment. The quality of the materials suggested was not what I was looking for so I ended up selecting another company for the job.

They were trustworthy. I just let them play their music and go at it. They got the job done and did a great job.

Completed work on time. Cleaned up better than any previous roofer.

Out of all the companies we called, Cloud roofing was the most helpful in all areas that I rated above. They finished the job in a timely fashion and their estimations were spot on. The owner even came by and inspected the new roof, then introduced himself to make sure that we were happy with the job that his team had done. (Which we were!) I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
