Description of Work: We had a beautiful terra cotta-colored metal roof put on our house. Had one issue which we noticed a few months after the roof was installed, and it was resolved in an expedited manner once it was brought to their attention. That's why I use Cloud Roofing is because they back up their product. I feel I paid top dollar, though, so I did put just a B on price.

Description of Work: a couple of things I ask for were not done The person who wrote the estimate said they could be done. At the end mr. cloud came to talk with me and he told me they couldn't do them. Very unhappy.

Description of Work: I am in a rental home. Two years ago CLOUD replaced the roof. [I got the receipt from the owner]. I called CLOUD early December because there are leaks. I was put on a waiting list because they were extremely busy and short-handed as I was told. I waited one and a half weeks to call again. Supposedly I was still on the waiting list. To this day, I have not heard anything from them. All I requested was that they come out for an ESTIMATE to see what damage was on the roof. Not to start work. Just tell me something so that I can relay it to the owner. I am renting a TOWNHOUSE so the roof is not even that big and they dont even have time to check their own work.

Description of Work: We called Cloud Roofing because we had several shingles on the ground after the wind storm we had and they came out and checked roof and replaced the missing shingles at no cost. Cloud Roofing has replaced our roof twice due to hail damage in the past 30 years that we have lived here and we have called them twice since the last re-roof in 2001. They have punctually come out and replaced missing shingles for us at no cost. They will surely get our business as soon as we need a new roof in the future. Thank you Caleb Cloud.
