This was the best experience. Jack came to my house, talked about what I wanted to achieve, and came up with diagrams on his laptop. He was forthcoming with the references I requested. I felt his pricing was reasonable. The work was scheduled and installation went extremely well. I LOVE my new closets!

My husband and I have been wanting a closet system for several years. We decided to spend the money to improve our home and make it easier to organize our stuff by having custom made closets installed. I looked at Angie's list for local contractors in San Antonio that specializes in closet design and installation. Closet Connection had the most reviews with the best results. I contacted the owner, Jack, who responded to my call immediately, did an onsite measurement of all the closets in the 4 bedrooms and laundry room, spent 20 minutes to designed the closets in a 3-D program taking into account what we want and needed, and told us the cost upfront. He told us that he could work the design in whatever budget we felt comfortable, or if we just wanted to do one closet at a time. It's as if he just knew what we wanted and what we should have knowing that our kid's closet needs to adjust with them as well. Jack stayed professional and ensured close-loop communication at all times with us, painters (tear out/re-repaint of old closet), and installers who finished one day early. The quality of work were impeccable. Dale and his team who installed the closets were professional, expeditious, and meticulous. Thank you Closet System for such great work. I look forward to having Jack and his team work on our wall entertainment system and garage.

Our existing closets had rods and simple shoe racks. In two days time they were transformed into incredibly beautiful spaces that are both functional and better organized than we ever thought possible. We don’t have to store anything on the floor! The guys on the job were professional, worked hard and when the job was done cleaned the entire installation and vacuumed. We are thrilled with the results.

The original estimated completion time was 3 days, but the hard working crew got it done in 2 days. Each closet or area has increased the space efficiency by 30-50%. As recent home downsizers, Closet Connection’s renovation has made our transition so much easier.

The installation took two days and looks amazing. The plan added tons of storage in the existing space that we didn't have previously. Things to improve however..the crew took a lot of breaks while working. They could have easily done the whole closet in one day. Also, the shelves were all dirty with a thin layer of dust when they were done and we had to wipe down every shelf before moving clothes back in.

We went to the Home & Garden Show just to look around, and came upon Closet Connection. After talking with Rhonda, we scheduled an appointment for the next week. That day, Jack showed up exact on time. None of that "4-hour window" nonsense. He looked at the closet, measured it, listened to what my mother wanted, and put all that into a CADD software. A few minutes later he was showing my mother what it would look like and was offering her ideas. After 2 or 3 changes, he had the design she was wanting. We made an appointment to have the closet installed. On installation day, the installers actually showed up 30 minutes early. Both gentleman were very friendly and polite. They were even offering suggesting to my mother. The job was done within hours and it was better than what she originally wanted. A few weeks later, my mother decided she needed one more shelf, so I contacted Rhonda and a week later Jack showed up with it. Now that's customer service! So glad we got Closet Connection to do this.

Excellent - great quality and very professional installation. The closet was an odd shape (walls were not even) and they worked tirelessly till it was perfect. Love the quality and responsiveness - military discount always appreciated. Plan to hire to do our garage.

The owner, Jack Harris, promptly responded to our request for a proposal to install more shelving in our master bedroom closet. He came to our home and after listening to what we wanted, he took measurements then right in our home he designed a layout that captured our needs. We accepted his proposal and he said he would have a crew come out by the end of the month. Much to our surprise his crew showed up a week earlier then expected and we are delighted with the outcome!

Jack of Closet Connection of San Antonio, TX, did an outstanding job installing everything we wanted in all our four bedrooms for less than the cost of another companies master only. We had recently moved into a home with absolutely no storage space, no linen closet, small hall closet, and wire shelving in the master. This included our master of 7x15 and 3 normal reach-in closets. Jack came out in person within a couple days of our first contact and asked had us explain in detail everything we wanted to accomplish; then he offered even better suggestions we had not thought of. He measured our closet dimensions, noted how many clothes, shoes and clutter we had and then did a custom design, that we absolutely love. I did my homework at Container Store, California Closets, Home Depot, Lowes and several others, before giving Closet Connection the job. We now have all the room we need including even getting rid of our bedroom furniture, because the closet drawers and shelves can now hold the contents of these, easily. I know it may sound weird, but when we have guests over, the closets are the first upgrade we show them. Of course they always want to know who did them for us. Give them a call and you will be so satisfied with the results.

AWESOME is all I can say! I am in love with my closet!! Jack came out and did the initial consultation and looked at my awkwardly shaped small master bedroom closet. He made some suggestions as to how we could make best use of the space and generated a computer drawing of the design on the spot (wow!). He was able to work with me on price as well. The following day we agreed to proceed with the project and Jack gave me a proposed installation date. His design was very creative I thought and he was super professional!! My new closet was installed this week and is even better than I imagined!! It is the best closet I have ever had! The materials and workmanship are great. The drawers and shelves and extra hanging space are fantastic! In fact, the night of the installation I woke up in the middle of the night and went in to make sure I wasn't dreaming! Dale and Wes did a great job on the installation. I would highly recommend Closet Connection to anyone in need of a closet remodel!

Having very small, separate his and her master closets, we needed to put every square inch of the closets to good use. And, since the closets were directly off the newly remodeled master bath, they needed to be cohesive in design. We obtained two quotes from custom closet companies and found Jack's to be the most creative, functional, attractive and cost-effective. Jack listened to each of our needs (which were each very different) and came up with great designs for our consideration. He was patient with us as we measured, re-measured, experimented and continually tweaked. Although we did some back and forth communicating to get the right closets, it was actually a quick and painless process. Jack was very good about listening to what we were wanting to achieve and presenting options. This made it a very easy process. Installation was scheduled to occur at the tail end of our bathroom remodel and it occurred on time and as planned. This was a two day install and the crew was professional, friendly and just plain great. I'm still in disbelief that I did not have one wall scratch when they had to carry in and maneuver the 8 foot planks. They were the cleanest crew we've experienced. They also asked us for our input at different times during the install to ensure we were completely satisfied. For example, in the shoe tower, there were different configurations for the shelving units. Instead of simply installing them and having us move around ourselves after the job was done, they called us in and asked our preference. It's the little things like that which separate the good contractors from the great. We will be installing custom closets in the pantry in the near future and will absolutely use Jack and his team again.

Previously, our pantry was useable, but we knew it could be more functional. We met Jack Harris from Closet Connection at the Corpus Christi Home Show and took him up on a free consultation. He was on time, friendly, and got right down to business. The quote was fair and he said he could almost double the shelf space in our pantry. To save on costs, we tore out the previous shelves, repaired the walls, and repainted, but I gather Closet Connection can do that part as well. With a blank canvas, the Closet Connection crew showed up (earlier than scheduled - awesome!!), and they were as professional and friendly as Jack. They were quick and did an excellent job. Clean cleaned up after themselves and left us with a beautiful new pantry. Just as Jack promised, we have almost double the shelf space we one had. We could not be happier with the way it turned out, the service, before and after sale. If we have another closet project come up, we will be contacting Jack Harris and his crew at Closet Connection. ? To save on costs, we tore out the previous shelves, repairs the walls, and repainted. However, they would have done that for us as well from what I understand. We love the product and the results. Jack and his crew were awesome, too. If w UPDATE Jan 24: I totally messed up the score. I NEVER intended to give this amazing company a F! Far from it! They were excellent.

jack was on time very personable and a joy to work with.Our contractor was on time did a wonderful job. jack went out of his way to do a little extra for us and we can't thank him enough. I highly recommend his company and will use them again.

Jack arrived on time, with a good display of possible options. He worked within our budget, made good suggestions on the final configuration and had good employees for the installation. We ordered before Christmas, he called the day before installation to confirm and his guys got the job done thoroughly and professionally within two days.

Overall very professional. Initial contact resulted in visit at house within 2 days. Design took less than 1 hour. Wife was extremely pleased with the proposal. Paid half of cost up front, materials ordered and arrived on time. Install was very professional and completed the install in a single day. Was not aware of any defects, installer let us know at end of day and that new drawer covers would be ordered to replace ones with minor defects. Replacement items arrived and installed in a timely manner. Wife and I are extremely pleased with the final product and would recommend this company for those wanting to organize their closets.

Jack was very professional and courteous upon meeting. He showed me a visual design of what to expect and brought samples of the materials used with him. When the day came to renovate my closet, two men showed up and went straight to work. Jack stopped by to see how everything was going and he even called a few weeks later to see how my closet was working out for me. I have to say I LOVE my closet!!! It's a very small space, so I wanted to utilize what I had as much as possible. Everyone that sees my closet loves it!

Excellent experience! Jack asked me what what things I wanted in the closet, took measurements and set up a preliminary design on his laptop. We went over the design, made a couple of changes and he gave me a copy. The installers arrived right on time, were very professional, and when they finished they cleaned up completely - including vacuuming the carpet. When I began to move the clothes back into the closet I realized one of the clothes rods was too high for me to comfortably reach. I called Jack, he came over that afternoon and lowered the rod and the shelf above it to a height I could easily reach. I will not hesitate to call on Closet Connections to do further work in my house.

The process was awesome. Closet Connection was far mroe responsive than California Closets--and half the price. Ironically, California Closets never called back until we had already ordered and installed the new items. Jack, the owner, was very responsive, patient, and flexible. He helped us design an ideal storage/closet area--adding almost 70% more sotrage and hanging space. The product looks like custom furniture and feels solid.
