We first used Cleaning and Restoration Services after a water leak that soaked an oriental rug. The insurance company referred us to them and we have now used them four or five times. Each time I need service, Tom responds within 24 hours to my request to schedule service. I am able to get an appointment quickly, usually within a few days. Because the rugs are removed to their shop and the process takes some time, Tom is good about keeping me updated on the progress and the estimate completion date. The crew show up promptly, are thorough and professional, and they are very friendly. They replace the rugs exactly as I want them and they are careful when moving furniture. I always have been pleased with the results and I have referred this company to other people. It is obvious that Tom is keen to provide excellent customer service. It is equally clear that his crew take pride in their work.

I was very satisfied with all the work that was performed. They were prompt and professional. The charges for the tile cleaning and hardwood cleaning were in line with competitors. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again when the need arises.

This was not the first time I used Cleaning and Restoration Specialist. I love using them because they first vacuum your house, then use a machine that "shampoos" the fibers of your carpet, then they use truck mounted steam extraction. This method results in beautifully clean carpets that don't have reappearing spots. I also pay to have a protectant applied. They leave large fans that blow air across your carpet to speed the drying. If the owner is not personally involved in the cleaning, he comes by right before the workers are finished to inspect their work and see if I am satisfied. I set the fans out on the porch the following morning and they are picked up. Personal, professional service and outstanding attention to detail!
